Ordered early to avoid the rush. Watched the “Tracker” as my order was prepared quickly. The order then sat at the store for an hour. When the order finally arrived it was cold (and as usual they sliced the pizza even though it was suppose to be left whole). It wasn’t just luke warm or room temperature. It was cold. It brings up an issue with tipping on the app. Why tip before the order arrives? I paid 5.99 for delivery, $4.++ tip. This location needs an top down change in personnel.

This place is terrible. The cheese was on top of the box not on the pizza. The delivery driver said he had my soda, but he didn’t. The other things I ordered were OK, but I had nothing to drink. This was the second order in a row that was messed up. Yes, Domino’s sent me a check for the pizza and soda, but what about the hassle, the poor quality, and the lack of competence? I suggest you order from this store only if you don’t care if your order is correct.

Do not order from this restaurant! The person who was supposed to deliver my pizza just set it down in the lobby of the pfister hotel, and a guest walked up and took it. The store employees were rude, inconsiderate, and plain selfish. I never have experienced customer service like that! Still waiting to hear back from the franchise office!. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCAMMED.

I made several attempts at an online order from this location only to have their website freeze up after ordering. I then decided to call the store and was directed to their customer service help line. The person on the help line was unable to contact the store. So I figured they were closing early and not accepting any orders, even though I had just walked by the building and saw several employees inside. As a result, I went and ordered food from another restaurant.
