Very disappointed in my order. My pizza came squashed, stuck to the box. I don’t even know how to begin eating it because I had to pry the pizza from the top of the box, tearing off all the cheese and sauce, leaving me room temperature bread. OH – not to mention I ordered a pan pizza, which isn’t this.

Had a free pizza so I decided to order for my toddler and I. Pizza arrived quickly, was delicious, but they did forget my soda. Talked to a nice lady (forgot her name ) and she assured me the delivery driver would bring it back. I wasn’t upset they forgot it at all, but I appreciate that he came back to drop it off. He was apologetic and really kind. Their customer service skills made the overall experience a great one.

I never leave reviews but this was so bad I just had to share. I ordered two pizzas for carry out not even delivery, and when I arrived there were a bunch of people in the back making food doing their job. One of the staff members notices me then goes “one second”. I said “no worries man” then he immediately goes, “I wasn’t ******* talking to you”. Like excuse you I’m a paying customer. Whatever tho I just waited for someone to give me my order which took like 5 minutes. And when I got home neither of the pizzas were cut at all just full circles. Terrible location would get frozen pizza before ever ordering from this dominos ever again

I would never go to this dominos again. The manager Michelle was extremely rude both during the delivery and after when we called to fix our issue over the phone. Instead of trying to help us, she yelled at me and hung up both times.

I was unable to leave feedback on the app so I will leave it here. The pizza was so delicious tonight! It was perfectly baked and tasted so good! The cheese bread wasn’t overcooked and too hard. You could actually enjoy the cheese inside! Thank you for a fantastic Domino’s experience!

I have always enjoyed Dominos. A little price-y, but yummy. Their delivery was always okay, but tonight was different. It took me two and a half hours to get my food from the time I ordered it. Here’s what happened, I guess. My delivery driver apparently delivered the pizza to the wrong person in the same building. From my common sense, maybe ask for a name on the order first? Then I had to wait 25 ADDITIONAL minutes on the phone to ask for a remake. They finally remade it and delivered it. After waiting for my pizza for two and a half hours (since not much around here is open this late), I finally received it. I’d say the only positive factor of this “meal” was the customer service guy. He was very helpful and charming. All in all, the service here was awful.
