This particular location sucks. Ordered some garlic parm twists and cheese dip and got dry a** twists with no sauce on them what so ever and the cheese dip was disgusting and had no base sauce. They don’t answer their phones either.

Maybe hit or miss, but we got a hit yesterday ordering around 4 PM on a Saturday. Everything arrived correct in about 40 minutes hot and tasty, plenty of toppings. We like the online GPS tracker able to watch delivery driver as made his way to our location. He called a minute out to see if we wanted curbside or for him to come to the door. Did quick front door handoff – he even thanked us for the order!

Employee repeatedly cancels order placed online despite store not scheduled to close for 3 hours! Our guess is they canceled because we put no tip by card on the order. Ofcourse, having worked in the service sector, we know tips are preferred in cash… but that’s hard to complete when the worker cancels preemptively! I’m sure the Franchisees really appreciates it! Well buddy you are one day closer to being replaced by a robot!

Had to pickup my own delivery. My order was in Preparation by “Jamil” for almost 1 hour. Then another 45 minutes in Quality check. I tried calling the store twice and they didn’t bother to answer, despite me being on hold both times for about 10 minutes. I finally gave up and went to pickup my order. I was told they are “busy.” While they refunded my order, Jamil didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer an apology. I highly don’t recommend people to order from this store.

I ordered a pan pizza, cheesy bread and lava cakes yesterday evening . the food came in about 17 minutes which is nice to have fast delivery of course but clearly is not enough time to cook everything thoroughly. Both me and my significant other now have an extreme case of food poisoning from this store and have been throwing up and had extreme diarrhea. i will not be ordering from this store ever again. I’m extremely disappointed with this service.
