The “manager” at this location is a petty little child. If your order is not correct and you don’t accept his store credit but instead ask that your order please be corrected, he really really doesn’t like that and will choose to just hang up on you.

I will never come back!! We reserved space for 15 and we were placed in a room with no air or working lights. We asked to move so we could have air and lights and were told no. We could have split up at separate tables and were again told no. It was said per the owner…mind you no one called the owner. Well here is your review and I have you 1 because I had to give something for the review. 1 is too much. We drove 2 hours for this… bad business.

They do a great job the majority of the time. Their deals are really appreciated. I understand that everyone is short staffed and pizza joints are super busy. Sometimes the order directions aren’t followed fully though. I would be perfectly fine with my order taking a little longer if it meant being accurate. I always ask for light sauce and they usually get it right, but a few days ago it seemed like extra sauce was put on, instead of less. I honestly could only eat half the pizza and had to throw the rest out. I love you guys, but I’m hoping this aspect can improve.

We tried ordering online 2/4/23 and did not work for us. Called the store and girl that answered said to come the store and place the order. Once we arrived she told us the order had to be placed online. We were about to leave and I asked for the manager he did honor the coupon and settled the issue. While waiting for our order we observed how well the manager treated his employees. I didn’t get his name but as busy as the store was he was excellent with his employees. Great job manager.

My bill was $26 and change. My debit card was billed $32.76! I called and was told to contact my bank because there was nothing they could do for me. Maybe next time don’t charge my card another $6 over bill price!
