I ordered 2 Bacon/Jalapeño cheese breads without bacon but when the delivery came, both breads had bacon. I called the store to let them know and they apologized and immediately offered to replace the breads and within 20 minutes, I had my order. I also tipped the delivery person because they made another trip out to my place and they use their private vehicles to deliver so I wanted to make sure the driver wasn’t losing out because a small mistake was made that had nothing to do with them. The manager was also understanding and didn’t make me feel like a horrible person for making a request that my order not include meat. The food was good, management was good and the delivery driver was also good.

HORRIBLE!! I’m at my camper which is 3 miles away from this dominos. and we had called to see if they were still delivering and even said we would tip the driver a little more for coming out here this late. Rachel the manager at this store was very rude and unprofessional. how are you okay with the fact on hanging up on a customer for trying to ask a simple question shows a lot about the customer service you have and what type of store you are managing. I’d be embarrassed to work there. The fact that we called back to ask what the reason of you yelling and accusing us for false information isn’t a good rep for your store. But I really do hope you find peace and enjoy working there. ❤️

Customer service is nonexistent, and very rude when you let them know about it!! Ordered 1 pizza and chicken wings with 2 Cokes. Had to return to store 3 times cause they kept forgetting to give me what I ordered and payed for. They forgot the soda, next trip back they forgot the sauce on the wings. To top it off they said it was my fault cause I should of checked for everything!? Told the RUDE manager lady that I’m the Customer not an employee. Asked for a free 20oz soda for all my troubles getting my order I paid for. Was told no and file a complaint cause she didn’t care! This store lacks all accountability!

DO NOT order their Signature dips they have! We had a coupon and ordered the five cheese dip and it was sooooo gross! Little to NO cheese, it is like they put sprinkle cheese in a tin and microwaved it. Was not a “dip” at all. Not even a quarter of an inch worth of “dip”
