Hard to believe this is the same place. A couple weeks ago I had one of the skimpiest dryest pizzas of my life. I rated a one star and complained. They urged me to accept 15 in gift cards and give it another try. Using a coupon for unlimited toppings large pizza . This is what I got and let me say. It was absolutely fantastic . Night and day difference. So I will take back what I said before. This place can make pizza . I suggest you look at it before you leave or once you receive delivery to ensure it’s hot and fresh with a fair amount of toppings. Super tasty tonight. Well done Domino’s.

I order from here at least 1X Wk & for the past 3 orders something is not right! Tonight AJ rang my bell I said I will buzz you in, and he never came up stairs. I went to look for my food, found it sitting on the floor in the Doorbell Area, as he drove off. I started paying cash tip when they deliver so I can tip them what they deserve. It’s usually $10 for a $25 order so tonight he got NO TIP & thats what he earned!! Dominoes is my family’s FAVORITE PIZZA JOINT but If you cant treat me like a customer and NOT like the “ Cousin you hate “ then I guess we wont get to enjoy the amazing pizza anymore ♀️ I filed a complaint with corporate last week about the rude man at the store I hope this is NOT why I am treated Poorly!!!

Always correct, always on time. Never had a bad order here and they are crazy fast even in bad weather and the food is amazingly consistent every time. If your looking for chain store pizza or any of the other items they do in the east Madison area this is the place you want to call. Only once did it ever take any extra time and that was at closing time on a Saturday and the driver told me when he got there he was doing 14 other orders on the same run. As a former pizza delivery driver myself I have had that happen to me too because everyone calls in a rush at closing on a Friday or Saturday. I have also done carry out from this store and the place is clean and well managed. This one is a win and usually my first go-to for pizza.

Terrible customer service at this location. My chicken Cesar salad arrived, lettuce slimy and brown. Refused to replace, said it doesn’t expire until tomorrow. This happened once before when I was in Wausau, no questions asked they showed up with another salad and apologized. I’m still on hold for the Corporate office #…15 minutes and counting.

I’m generally a big fan of dominos. I’ve never had a problem with website or app ordered carry out from this location. But, they do seem to consistently skimp on toppings compared to other locations, especially on coupon pizzas.
