The original delivery was faster than expected. The RE-delivery was slower than expected. Alright. Original delivery included loaded cheddar-bacon tots, but without the garlic parmesan sauce; ok, I can live with that. It also included a Five Cheese Dip and (Garlic) Twists that were only really “bread twists”, with no garlic sauce/butter OR seasoning, at all. Alright, that’s a little much. I called it in – and would have been fine with partial store credit, or something. They offered to re-deliver “the order”; that’s great, possibly more than I was expecting. They estimated maybe half an hour, and it took around an hour. At this point, I’m obviously not really paying for timing, per se, but okay. A full extra pizza would have been a bit much (since there wasn’t anything wrong with the original), and I really wasn’t expecting that; so, finally, they met some expectations. Got two small boxes with replacement tots, properly sauced (already a bit overvalued, at baseline), and JUST the garlic twists. The current price is $8.99 for the sauce and the twists. Twists are like $6.99 on their own, so with the combo, of sorts, the cheese dip should effectively cost like $2.00. They didn’t think the $2.00 dip, for which the combo item is named, needed to be re-delivered, when it’s half-solid at baseline. Yes, I got some free, basic bread twists out of their mistake, but the cheese dip has now congealed and the original pizza has now cooled to maybe room temperature. The issues were with APPETIZERS. So now I have to re-heat my pizza and half of my appetizers because of their mistake. Eh. Not a crime, but I’m still unhappy. The guy who answered the phone seemed new(er), but very polite and pleasant, and he took the time to check with his GM, before offering a solution. I generally don’t eat anything for most of the day on Fridays to save calories and build up for a nice weekend binge. I had a slice of pizza when it was first delivered, before checking all the sides, which hurt the binge, a bit, making the now-delayed binge far less satisfying, an hour later. 3 stars is not a BAD review, per se, but I know it’s a review that most franchise owners are unhappy with. I’ll note that my previous order was just fine, so while I’m thoroughly unhappy with this order in particular, the jury is still out on this particular location. I’ve worked food service before, and I understand that people make mistakes. I’ve always half-expected/hoped-for these replacement orders to want to see the original order to confirm, but they never do. Pizza Hut, by comparison, seems to also replace the entire original PIZZA, sight unseen, in my experience. Far above my personal expectations, but I think at some point it speaks to the corporate (or perhaps the individual franchisee) mindset, relatively speaking.

Went in to get my pizza, only one guy in the building. I didn’t mind waiting. Dude says he’ll be with me in a couple minutes and to wait at the front. That’s fine. I stand with my hands behind my back while waiting, that’s just how I stand because of back problems. After a few minutes a second person comes in and puts away some delivery bags and then helps me. I thank him and leave. I’m parked in front of the building and as soon as I leave out the door I see the guy that was making pizzas mock my stance and they were laughing. I come back in because now I’m upset and the guy that helped me shushes him and looks at me. I ask if they were seriously mocking me. The guy making pizzas says no and he’s sorry I felt that way. It was blatantly obvious they were mocking me and couldn’t even be bothered to wait until I’d left the parking lot or even gotten my pizzas in the oven. I scoffed and left. The employees here are ridiculous and I’m guessing the guy was intentionally making me wait judging by how quick he was to mock me literally standing there.

Ordered pizza at 6:30, didnt get it until after 8:00. On top of all that, it was under a lot of other food. My box was smushed, half my pizza was destroyed. Also, it was very cold, cooked a long time ago. My delivery took way too long, and I’m very, very angry. Not sure I want to order from them again.

I ordered a piece on New Years Eve and got a free medium pizza, I could not find the email that stated I got a free pizza. I called Dominoes and was sent to a cal center, called the store and they could not help. I ordered the pizza anyway and I found a piece of hair in the crust. It was not my hair cause it was in the actual dough, I tried to call the store and no answer for over fifteen minutes. I want my money back

Last night I placed an order for delivery and never received it. This was partially my fault as I fell asleep waiting for the pizza at the one hour mark. Today I went to the store and talked to Will, who was the night manager when I ordered my pizza. He gave me the benefit of the doubt and happily said he would remake the order, and even threw in a 2 Liter Bottle of Coke to compensate for the delivery fee I paid and for the inconvenience. The pizza and spinach stuffed cheesy bread turned out great! Will totally turned a negative into a positive, and for this reason I’m giving 5 Stars.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This location is poorly run and literally has the worst service I’ve ever experienced! And the pizza is nothing too spectacular. I ordered delivery about a month ago and it took well over an hour to get my order. I decided to give them one more try because they gave me a free pizza for my late delivery, but this time I did carryout. Despite promising that it would be ready in 30 minutes, I showed up at the store and still waited another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I wasn’t the only customer experiencing poor service. While waiting, a female customer walked in wanting to pick-up her delivery order that she had waited on for two hours. It was out for delivery. They just refunded her and refused to remake the order. One employee with a “bad attitude” huffed that I wasn’t giving her free food if she canceled the order. I certainly think she deserved it after all this trouble. I told this same employee when he handed me my order that your going to lose customers with your attitude and you just lost one in me! He started mouthing off that “oh well, we’ve lost lots of customers with being short staffed…blah, blah, blah”. People go elsewhere, there is certainly better options for pizza in the Madison area!!!

This was officially the longest I have ever waited for pizza. On a weeknight it took over 2 hours for delivery. The delivery driver was the only one for the whole store. We waited on hold 30 minutes x2 to try to talk to someone and were hung up on twice. The only reason for the two star was the delivery driver was decent and it wasn’t his fault. But never will order from here again.

This Domino’s is the worst. Ordered on the app, the first time it didn’t go through, second time it did go through but charged the card twice. 10 minutes later I received an email that BOTH orders were canceled. My mom tried to call them, no one answered for 20 mins. She decided to drive there, when she walked in only two employees were there, one rolling dough, the other doing nothing, not to mention Newport cigarettes and Dutches were just sitting on the counter. After asking why they weren’t answering the phones, he says they’re super busy… which is appears they weren’t at all. My mom kept asking questions and the dude threatens to call the cops. If you don’t wanna work, don’t have a job. Pathetic honestly. Don’t order from this place.

If I could put negative ten stars I would. I ordered online for a work event, and had to cancel the order. I waited till they were open at 10 and then was on hold from then until 11:30am when I drove to the store to cancel in person. The only person that was there was a very young lady who clearly didn’t know how to cancel the order, 2 more people had to come help her then stand there wondering if they had actually cancelled it or not, and when I told them how frustrated I was they didn’t apologize, give an explanation, or a receipt of my cancellation. Their customer service is as bad as their pizza. Thoroughly frustrated, clearly management needs to do better training. Don’t call unless you like to hear the manager special over and over again in their hold ‘music,’
