I am so tick. My pizza was stuck to the top of box and ruined much of the pizza. Been on hold with the store 15 minutes. I understand being busy and short staffed but 15 minutes is not okay.

What a complete joke. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my my pizza and sandwich that were apparently done 15 minutes ago. I sat there watching people walking around opening peoples pizza boxes looking at their pizza for some reason. The pizza was GROSS and the sandwich was dry and disgusting. Even after watching an employee eat pizza while making it, I went back…THATS ON ME. The fact that Dominos hasn’t fixed this place…shame on them. Yes…they were told about both incidents. I contact OSHA about the employee sitting there, eating food, while making other peoples pizza. The place should be shut down!

Had one of the drivers almost rear end me and then drove at least 30 mph over the speed limit. Tried to call the store and was put on hold for over ten minutes waiting for the manager. I will never order from them again.

Ordered food on 3/17/22 at 10pm. Was told it would be here at 10:35-10:40. Showed up at 11:07. When the lady walked up to me I said you know you’re 27 minute late? She said we’re short. I then said I was given a specific time frame also I had two children waiting for the food cause it was ordered for them. Food was like warm. Tried calling the store to speak with whoever answered but was basically on hold for 20 minutes. I won’t be ordering from them again. Very dissatisfied and I wouldn’t have been if I was told we’re short and it would take over an hour. That would have been better because I would have picked it up myself and not had it delivered.
