Terrible service! Ordered food and went through the drive through! Employees are incompetent. Handed us our food and closed the window. Did not take our money. As we sat there for 5 minutes they would not come back to the window. Looked at us a couple of times, but would not come to the window for us to pay. So we left and get phone call the next day wanting payment. The manager who called did even want to hear how we got our food without pay. Poor customer service all around. Luckily we don’t live here and never have to comeback! Good news is you give a fake phone number with no address you might get free food from them.

This store is horrible. This is the second time in a row. My pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered half spinach and bacon half should’ve been plain just cheese. This is the second time in a row I got half spinach and half bacon. The whole reason I order pick up is because I have a special needs child who will not nicely sit in the car for 15 minutes while another pizza is made. One who I can’t easily put back in the car and drive back to town (we don’t live in baraboo) to pick up another pizza. But that is the only way I can be compensated for their mistake is to be incredibly inconvenienced. Thanks for being one more place is just too hard for us. Manager could not have cared less.

Definitely not the greatest experience last time I ordered. Food took an hour to get to my apartment which is about 4 minutes away. Usually Domino’s is very fast which I always appreciate. When the driver got to my apartment the pizza was not fresh anymore at all and pretty much cold. Driver parked in a no parking zone in the middle of a busy street , which I’m not sure why because parking was avaliable and it would have been safer to pull Into a spot. He very begrudgingly told me the pizza was on him but it was really off putting and a bit unprofessional. Could definitely do a little better next time and I do appreciate the pizza for no charge due to taking so long and on their app which tracks your pizza it had said pizza was out of the oven a good 30 to 35 min before driver got to my house.which is as i said before, less than 5 min away. And the drivers need to be aware of saftey in a busy street also. Next time I’ll just pick up.

Got 2 cold pizza’s. Looks like order sat in Quality check for 20 minutes before it left for delivery. Order delivered 17 minutes after it left the store. Never again. I’ll order from somewhere else.

Ordered pizzas on line. After about 1 1/2 hours I called to see what’s going . Manager was very rude and argumentative. He said there was a incomplete address on thier ticket (I have a pic of the correct address on the website). I said what ever and asked if he could send fresh ones back out since I paid but never got them. He said no at first that he would send the original ones back out. When I expressed my concerns of cold pizza he said he could but it would take over a hour. I said fine just send me back out. ( he hung up on me)40 min later still nothing I called to cancel the order and he hung up on me again. I was never mean or belligerent, I’m assuming he was having a bad day but to take it on me was uncalled for. I’m very disappointed. Total time from placing order to cancel of order 2 1/2 hours.
