Called for a carry out order. Was told they can’t sauce the $6.49 8 piece boneless chicken. Cool. Thought the box felt a little light. Only 6 in there. Call the store, and yes, 2 fell out of the oven but nobody bothered to make it right before we picked it up. Pizza is burned and doesn’t seem to have sauce on it? Cool.

Was told 20-30 minutes on a delivery order… $60.00 called at an hour to ask where my food was and was told oh the person who took your order gave you the wrong time.. normally 45 minutes for delivery! Well train your STAFF better and was NEVER given an apology OR offered a discount on this or future orders! Well NO THANKS!!

This specific store has always delivered to our address. I have used this location for 3 years for delivery. I placed an order today and now the manager on duty decides our address no longer fits the criteria for delivery. I was told over the phone,”it just depends on who is working that day if they want to deliver.”

Tonight I ordered pasta, pizza and dessert for carry out. Once we got home and ready to eat we opened up the cookie brownies and I was very disappointed. They were very burnt! I’m shocked the staff sent them home with us. The rest of the dinner was nothing to rave about either. Yes, my husband tried a piece because he wanted dessert but he couldn’t even choke it down 🙁

Typically great with 100% order accuracy. My last order was 16 minutes late (order had been placed 4 hours ahead of time) my employer, the delivery address is a block or two away. The 16 minutes is most of our lunch break. Driver also doored the car next to him twice.

Better than it used to be. Too greasy. Told them and they never got back to me. Update. Have given them another try. Pizza was delivered 40 minutes after it left the oven. And we ordered pharm wings. They delivered Buffalo. Called left message, they didn’t get back to me. Fool me twice, never again.

Not Happy with Order. Has happened more than once. When calling store to address, phone was given to a Heather who argued with me regarding the order details. I paid for extra toppings that did not exist. Our order was also missing the dipping sauce for the bread twists. Extremely Poor customer service.
