My son recently ordered 24 pizzas for a late night snack at his wedding at the Granite Peak Chalet in Wausau, WI for their guests, all 24 pizzas were burnt, it wasn’t just one but all 24, unacceptable. My son called the Dominos and he has been waiting over a week for the manager to call him back. Not likely to ever order from this Dominos again, very disappointed.

Simply put, the level of customer service is atrocious! This place is unworthy of any stars technically. The female manager and the delivery driver need to be held accountable for her disrespect unto me as well as the delivery driver needs to be held accountable for his deceitful lies to his manager, stating that he delivered the cup sauce on my porch that night that they also charge money for. Needless to say, this Dominoes pizza place in Wausau Wisconsin seems to uphold to a business culture of serious unprofessionalism!

0 for customer service. They forgot a topping, but considering how long I waited I wasn’t going to have them remake it. And what’s with the man wearing sunglasses indoors?? Ps. The lobby was disgusting I didn’t even want to sit down. Considering I worked at a few dominos in my day, this was a terrible experience.

Their computers arent programmed together to track correctly. They give false information of when the food is estimated to be done. And then they also give 2 different times of when they will be done. Probably wont come back to this one since the service is so bad. This isnt the first time they screwed up but for me it will be the last. I dont have 45 minutes to waste after the estimated time especially when its a pick up order.

They are good and fast. I order here a lot, both pick up and delivery. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes they overcook their food. One of the times I complained, they asked of me to either bring food back in or send pictures. I sent pictures of the burnt food and they gave me full credit. Mistakes happen and they made up for it. Me n my kids continue to eat from here!

Pathetic!!! Waited over 1 hr. for pickup. When I got home, it was an extremely thin crust (ordered hand tossed), the onions and mushrooms were very paper thin and very sparingly placed on pizza. Pretty much tasteless!

Everytime I order something about it is wrong. I just ordered a couple days ago and they messed up my order like always, they fixed it with giving me a free pizza (60 points on the app). So I redeemed it, had to pay 4.47 for delivery which is fine. I got a call to confirm my order. I was told it was going to be 2-3 hour wait which I was okay with. I was asked my credit card info but I had selected pay with cash, when I told him I selected use cash he told me he was going to cancel my order. So those points for my free pizza I cannot get back, and my order was fine until I said I’m paying cash. Thanks Dominos
