Just ordered a free medium two topping pizza. It had sausage and jalapenos on it. I specifically asked for no oregano, and for it to be pie cut. The driver who’s name is Katelyn delivered it, she’s been nothing but rude all the other times. I went into my apartment and found that it’s square cut instead, with oregano. If customers read this review, I highly suggest you don’t eat at Dominos. This place of business is not worth it.

Probably the most poorly managed Dominoes in the country. They just don’t care at all here anymore. We ordered a large amount of pizzas for a company gathering the day before and when I showed up to pick up the order at noon they had not even started on it yet and just refused to make it.

Horrible Horrible experience! I was placed on hold for a very long time. Second the food did not arrive in the 30 to 45 minutes as stated. It took well over an hour. Then they forgot to bring the pops I paid for. When brought to the drivers attention, she was annoyed that I wanted her to bring me my pops. She never came back. When I called the site, she told me that at least she brought me my pizza. That is stealing! Which is what I said to her. so they decided to redo transaction and just charge for the pizza! Horrible Horrible customer service.

We tried calling the minocqua Wisconsin llocation before 8:00 on Sunday night. We called six times no answer. The website won’t take our delivery order. Even though it stated they were open till 12:00. What the heck is going on. Ridiculous!

Placed order via website. Had question, called store. Woman I spoke with was polite, and not the least rude per what some reviews stated. The pizza tracker online had my order down to the minute, and out the door on time. Delivery was fast, and delivery person Samantha was nice. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. Will order again in future. Domino’s website also has a donate-to-charity feature for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, which I opted in to add .10 cents to my order for charity.

Be wary of the one who is named Katie. Withholding my last check and proceeds to send it to an address that she KNOWS I don’t live at anymore. Smiles, and says “he should’ve changed his address” even though I physically didn’t have enough time to. And she knows that. And I’m not able to get my check from that address either because they restricted me from going anywhere on that property. So they’re going to end up bouncing my check.

This Domino’s is currently closed due to staffing problems. There is a sign in the window, but if you try to call the phone just rings, and rings, and rings. They could at least use some kind of answering machine (or something) that tells you the location is closed. Ended up calling Minocqua Pizza Company. One other customer in line said he had the same experience with Domino’s.
