I ordered 5 pizzas, boneless chicken wings and a 2 ltr of soda. The tracker stated it was delivered which it was not. I called and was told it would still be delivered and the driver may have accidentally marked delivered. Called 20 minutes later they offered to remake and deliver my order. Received the new order missing 2 pizzas and the soda. Had to call again no apology. Just we’ll send it out but it’s going to be at least 45 minutes. After 2.5 hours we finally had our order and half our lunch guests left hungry.

We ordered 3 pizzas, meat, beef and chicken and one a small beef. I swear when we received it there was 1 peice of meat on each slices of pizza. We paid 56$ only for crust?. Is your company running out of meats? Very disappointed with your company. Not going there anymore. All you do is take our money. You lie about extras, you don’t serve what you say. PATHETIC.

I don’t love Dominoes or order it because crave it, but we do order out of necessity sometimes. And i really do like the Mediterranean sub and pizza, so that’s what i get. When we’ve ordered a couple of times from them here in Holmen, the lady on the phone with a little bit of an accent does a wonderful job on the phone!! Amazing customer service and I, too an in the business. Give her a raise!

Got a carryout order and get home to find out my pizza was entirely wrong. I called in to find out I can either have it remade(with a 25-30 wait time) or get instore credit. Ridiculous. I went in to get another pizza as I won’t need the credit given this horrible experience.

Never been disappointed with Dominos, but this time we were. Our cheesy bread was very undercooked – the dough was nearly RAW throughout much of the bread. The pizza was better, but still the dough was pretty undercooked in many parts (a large gumline I think it’s called). I love Dominos, but man this was disappointing and frankly concerning. Get it together guys, you’re gonna make people sick.
