Been ordering from here for a while and i’ve only had a few mess-ups and usually when they’re really busy. infact, i avoid them when they’re busy because sometimes I feel like I can taste the stress and anger. But they’ve always made it right if they make a mistake just call or leave feedback on the app they do actually read that. Brought wrong order to our house, drove back and grabbed our order. After it had been sitting for probably close to 40 minutes. The pizza and bread sticks were luke warm at best. Didn’t bother calling, if they can’t send the right orders out the first time, how are they able to “fix” anything. Will just not order from this location again. Not a huge loss in my book.

One of the two pizzas was completely different than what I ordered (the chicken pizza was supposed to be pepperoni). Didn’t get part of the order. We were 6 minutes away and took a half hour from the time the delivery driver left the store. Cold, not good food.

The quality of the app has gone downhill I ordered a New York style and received a hand tossed. The time before that I received my pizza style but the pizza made me vomit! They’ve lost all credibility sadly.

Seemed like the delivery guy was mad I ordered. Said “did you order this.” After pounding on my door and waking my neighbor up.Then he tried too come in my house which was weird. I ordered a contactless delivery. Piazza was still good and I like dominos. Just stop pounding on my door!

No gloves on the employees making the pizzas, one of which had some long fake nails. Yelling, cursing, and horrible service. No apologies for the extra 25-minute wait after they sent half my order with another customer.

Had to wait more than 30 mins for my pizza and my parmesan bites that is ridiculous that I had to wait more than 30 mins for order I’m never ordering again poor service and customer service when I called the person that I talked to was rude I’ve never been treated badly ever !! I had a call again discussing that me and my kids are allergic to pineapple and there was pineapple on my pepperoni pizza the guy that answered the phone was rude same guy who answered the phone the first time I asked for my refund back and asked if they’re able to make me a fresh pizza since they messed up and then he coughed up in an attitude because I asked for pizza after when he avoided the transaction when it was their mess up and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my pizza
