June 3rd at 1:15am Hands down best Dominos location!! Top notch employees here. I thought i ordered from my hometown location but when i got there they were closed only to relize i had put this location, so i called and they waited for me to drive 15 mins after closing to pick my pizza up. There was an issue with delivery of my order and their phone lines weren’t working so I couldn’t get ahold of them. I put a review on my app about not receiving the order and I received a call from the store on their personal cell phone. He was completely apologetic and offered me to make it right with a credit on my account. I was very impressed with the customer service from him! I only regret that I didn’t remember his name to add to this review.

They totally lied and said my order was completed before it was, by a really long time. I was worried about the driver. So I called. They acted like it was no big deal. They do it all the time to keep their times down for corporate. The manager said we have talked to the drivers about it already. Whatever, dude! Like, I don’t know how this works. You lie to me and tell them to keep doing it. THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS EVER! Next time I want Domino’s, it won’t be from this location.

This is a complicated one for me. They do a good job on the pizzas but there’s been some issues with orders and delivery. The people there are friendly and they are quick to make amends so it’s not the worst. The big issue with this location, is that it’s tucked away and it’s hard for me to do take out myself to Stillwater.

Been ordering from here for 25 year’s and usually no issues. But the last 3x I’ve ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta for my son it’s been overcooked and all dried out and appears to be 1 tiny scoop in each tin dish. Always order him 2 of them. But this is getting redicouls. Honestly how little is getting put in the dish is not even worth $3 but yet we are charged a pretty good amount for 2 orders.i have not called the store to complain as it’s not worth the aggravation.

I call at 1am to do a pickup order and on even their own website it states they close at two but stop delivery at 1am. I called and they tell me they’re closing. and that theyve always closed at one and they cant fix what google says which is such a load of lies because I have 100% ordered past 1am in more than one occasion with this location and even the dominos website itself said its still available for pickup. and it was even the GM that was on the phone just straight lying to me.
