Eagan Dominos is our freakimg favorite. Always comes through!!! When my husband and I order Dominos, it is usually last minute after a hard day, and they deliver fresh, hot wings and pizza EVERY. TIME. We ordered at midnight the day before the 4th of July after a crazy long day, and for the first time the delivery didn’t come as quick as we were used to – the tracker wasn’t updating like normal, and I couldn’t call to get ahold of the store. After about 45mins/an hour I was going to stop by the store to see what’s up, but before I left the driver had arrived at our house. She apologized profusely for the wait (they were extremely busy) and the pizza and wings were fresh and piping hot. Sooo worth the wait, especially since they were one of the few things open at midnight before a holiday. We see you, Dominos!!!

Went in to pick up an order. All employees looked at me. No one said a word. After several minutes I just left without my pizza. What happened to at least saying, “we will be right with you”? I thought basic customer service was standard. Time to switch to Pizza Hut or somewhere else. Anywhere else. This wasn’t my first issue with this location.

Last time we complained a huge ordeal became of it…. We tried to order again and i got hair in my food and red stuff on philly pizza that doesnt have any red ingredients and the whole pizza has a reddish orange tint…. This is my favorite pizza and i used to be an employee i know what my pizza is supposed to look like…. To bad cant trust the cooks anymore… We ordered a few times a week before all this mess

I did not get my pizza at all. Literally no one even showed up with my $30+ order. I tried to call and the phone line told me it was busy and I couldn’t reach any one. I even pre-tipped. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Dominos. This is the last time I ever order from here, and I’m not going to leave a raving review on Google either. I’ve absolutely had it with this Domino’s!

I ordered my food for delivery at 10pm. I checked the tracker about 10 minutes later and it says it’s baking. 5 minutes later it say’s delivered… only it never got delivered. I called and called and called no one picks up. I put in a complaint for a refund and all they did was offer me a free pizza when I ordered $40 worth of food…

Don’t order from this location. I’m on my fourth time of having missing items or undercooked pizza that is cold by the time it is delivered. This time they can’t even answer the phone to handle a complaint about food that was not delivered. If you can’t find staff then just close it down. Don’t keep accepting money for a complete lack of service.

Update** I tried calling the next day with no amswer and finally had to drove there to return everything and get a refund. **I just tried calling the store 8 times and went through the process online to talk to someone about the worst pizza order I’ve ever had. No answer and the only option was a free med one topping, ummmmm that’s a big no. I’d like like 27 dollars back, the delivery lady deserves her tip but this store obviously doesn’t care about customer service. I’ve probably ordered from this store 100x and I guess this will be the last
