Completely AWFUL experience. I waited 2 hours for a Pizza that never came, on top of that I called Customer Service and they kept transferring me to numbers that were not being answered. I called the location multiple times nobody answered the phone. Horrible Experience, I will not be ordering again, I wish I could give no stars.

BEWARE. Other locations confirm problems with Greenbrier. Ordered online. Waited an hour. System shows pizza is being made. No one answers phone. $60 charge on card. Drove there. No one there we’ll before 9pm well inside posted hours. This sucks.

Ordered like 30 minutes before close for pickup and staff was very friendly. Parmesan bread bites were especially good – not greasy and cooked nice and crispy. We also tried deep dish for the first time and were pleasantly surprised that it’s not greasy at all. I’d recommend adding a minute or 2 to cook time bc it was a tiny bit underdone in the center but honestly can’t complain.

Worst customer service ever, they are so rude, and disrespectful. We ordered pizza but they got the order wrong and this happened 2 times, and the chicken wings are so disgusting, they don’t cook it well, we called them several of times but they don’t answer their phone.

I ordered Philly cheesesteaks at this dominos pizza address 10904 greenbrier road Minnetonka Mn 55305 on the 18 of march 2022 at around 7:10 pm and got this burnt tomato laden pizza , I call to tell them, the guy who picked up the phone was very rude hung up on me won’t listen to my concern, ask to send pictures to clear up any doubt he said nope! And hung up. I spent $50 dollars and got $16.00 dollars worth of pizza, I will never ever order domino’s pizza in my life again let alone from the Minnetonka location. Please stay away from there . I learned my lesson the frustrating way , they took my money and insulted me on the phone and hung up. Beware folks .
