My pizza was left outside on the ground of my apartment building and i wasn’t notified that it was even here. ON THE GROUND! Had to call the store because it had been over an hour and they said “just wait by your phone. And that they don’t go up stairs for deliveries?” In what world? ON THE GROUND!!!! Outside.

I made an order from the Domino’s that I normally order from that the online ordering system automatically places me too. It was then canceled and I received a phone call from the store. An extremely rude male was on the other line saying that they can’t process the order because it’s one and a half miles out of the service area. I told them that they have been delivering to my area and nobody has said anything ever. They canceled my order already inconveniencing me instead of transferring it to another store not only that but I used points for a free pizza and now I have to wait for a refund on my card and hope that the points that I received for a previous messed up order from Domino’s gets refunded. At this point I ordered from Jets and will no longer be ordering from Domino’s I suggest somebody calls this Maple Grove store and reprimands the person who was working this evening and perhaps teaches them about customer service when they speak to individuals on the phone. I was not being rude nor condescending. And I certainly don’t appreciate attitude.

I order all the time from here. I tip well and always give to their st. Jude charity. I ordered online. I must have accidently hit no cheese or so they say on a thin crust pizza. When it came the top was completely black and the pizza looked dried up and like it had been tossed around.Called to complain to the manager and he basically said to bad there is nothing he can do. Absolutely disgusting Service. Never again. They will loose out on so much more money then if they would have replaced my pizza.

This location is a joke.. The pizza is usually pretty good when you actually get it but if you don’t order at least 2 hours before they close they will just ignore your order and leave you starving… Tonight makes the 5th time they have just not bothered to even consider my order. And I ordered 50 minutes before they said their delivery ended.. Terrible…

Tried to order online. The system said an error. Dominos charged my bank account both times. The Lady working said there’s nothing they will do or can do it’s the banks problem. I’d give zero stars if possible. I got charged $50 from Dominos and got no food. Will never order from this store again.

Another late pizza that needed the microwave to eat it. Called to speak to the manager, got someone who sounded indifferent to the situation. They offered a discount on a future pizza. It is unlikely I will use the credit. Two stars as at least the delivery driver was friendly.
