Usually, this is delicious food. But our pasta was burnt. The cheesy bread wasn’t cut and it was burnt. Hard for my daughter to eat food that is burnt. The employee that helped me was fairly nice. Maybe they don’t cut the bread anymore? When I worked there years and years ago, same store we would cut the cheesy bread. Good thing I had a gift card. Because I’m sure my daughter isn’t going to want to have dinner here again. I’m definitely bummed.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken thin crust, and it was burnt around the edge. Was able to eat the center. I was told that is the way thin crust come out when they have buffalo sauce on them. Also ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch hand tossed that the outer crust was un-eatable. Called about the pizzas and received a refund.

Delivery never showed up, delivery never notified me it was on the way, delivery guy never called or texted or anything. Was waiting and never saw a car. Was almost an hour after ordering then suddenly said it was delivered. No food showed up. I called the store and said I will have to wait over an hour for a replacement. Manager joe was super rude. If I could do “0” star I will do.

The manager Marcus was awesome! Greeted me at the door, and made sure I got my pies and they were delicious! While I was there, there was a lady complaining about her order. She was very rude, and he tried helping her. She was impossible to help. Seemed to me like she just wanted freebies. As a manager myself, I appreciate the way he handled the Karen.

We order from Dominos A LOT but when we went to this location, the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The door was locked but that’s understandable as it was 40 min before close but me and my boyfriend and another guy who ordered were waiting outside and they didn’t even notice us. Then, after we were passive aggressively let into the store to get our online orders, one of the employees was throwing around pans and being super loud and rude to the other employee. They were both arguing back and forth and then when it finally came time to pay, we then asked for the icing that comes with the cinnamon twists. Then the employee told us that he can’t give it to us which we’ve never heard before and then as we were just about to let it be and leave, the other loud employee yelled at us to get out if we’ve already paid. This location sucks!!!

I normally like the Domino’s Pizza….I was very disappointed with my pizza last night. I know you just want to get done and go home, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of your customers food. I only ordered a small pizza (less then $20), with a thin and crispy crust and extra cheese, and it was anything but crispy, it was basically uncooked. Soggy floppy and sloppy crust. I always tip the delivery guy at least $10 even though he’s getting $4.95 for delivery alone. I can usually eat a whole small pizza because they are really small…but I threw over half of it away. So today in between my two customer service jobs I called to try to tell them about my poor experience. I told them I wasn’t asking for anything for free, but I thought they should know how pizza was being sent out and how disappointed I was, and I most likely wouldn’t be ordering from them again. At that point I was just hung up on! So rude! So, I drove over to the store front to try to talk to the manager. The “manager” who “said” his name was “Marcus” was nearly impossible to talk to. He doesn’t want to hear what you have to say. He won’t let a person even complete one sentence before he cuts you off. He wouldn’t give me corporates phone number, and tried to say I was yelling at him, which, check your cameras and you’ll see I never raised my voice to him at all. So people of Bloomington if you want pizza….a good pizza with respectful and polite service, DO NOT CALL DOMINO’S on Lyndale and 97th in Bloomington!!!!

We have ordered from here countless times over the years…both for pick-up…and…delivery. Not every order has been a five-star experience but…many also have been. I am basing today’s review on today’s order. I ordered online shortly after they opened…and…was quoted forty five minutes for delivery. I expected that as deep dish pizzas take longer to bake…and…everyone’s short-staffed currently…doing the best they can with the staff they do have. I ordered a medium one-topping deep dish pizza…and…small order of bread bites. [I LOVE those things. Haha!] I chose a 20% off the entire order coupon as it fit best with what we were getting. The total…after all fees/discounts…and…not including tip was: $21.00. [I rounded-up for Saint Jude’s like always!] It was kind of steep but…I guess that’s also expected these days. That certainly bears no substance with this review as the pricing is selected from a corporate…not store…level. The food arrived right around the forty five minute mark. The delivery driver followed my sort-of-obscure delivery directions perfectly. He was kind…and…professional. Both the pizza…and…the bread bites were cooked exactly as expected…nice crisp edges on the pizza. The amount of toppings on the pizza was very decent also. We enjoyed our lunch…with no complaints. We’ll likely always order from here as they are convenient…and…have good food.

Normally we love dominos but this time it was a disaster! Got home the first time and my pizza that was supposed to have extra steak, it had none and had to go back up there because no one would answer the phone and this is the pizza they remade for me after offering to just make some steak for me to throw on to the one they messed up. Not to mention the pizzas were supposed to be hand tossed and the crust was as thin as paper.
