Ordered a medium sausage and pineapple pizza. I usually do not have an issue with this location until today. Paul (delivery driver) was very rude over the phone and basically demanded a tip. I respectfully told him tipping is not mandatory. His tone of voice and attitude was disgusting. Came to the store and spoke with the manager who was amazing and heard my concerns as a customer. Now I previously worked in food service and have not been tipped by customers myself. Paul needs to understand TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY. I tip based on service and the service was terrible. Only giving a 2 star review because of the manager on duty who has always been amazing to me. If Paul does not like his job or the fact that he’s not being tipped then he needs to find a new job because not everyone is going to tip.

I am not giving 1 star because of how late my order was going to be….Late as in 45 minutes past the original “delivery estimate of 1 hour mind you. I’m giving this a 1 star review because of Samantha…Samantha is listed as the manager on the Dominoes app and Samantha picked up the phone when I called to check on my order. Samantha IS horrible at Customer Service situations. Samantha doesn’t know how to apologize for late delivery” inconveniences” and did NOTHING to make the situation right, or even offer a discount or free app or anything to accommodate. Instead Samantha made it seem like I was an Inconvenience. I’m sorry you’re understaffed, as a customer that’s not my problem….and I don’t want to be made to feel like I’m the inconvenience for placing my order because you’re understaffed…..Something tells me Samantha’s management skills may be behind being “understaffed”

Worst dominoes location to order from! They lied about the delivery time on the tracker app and said it was delivered and showed up 20min later! They burnt the pizza, and it’s dry as hell! This is by far the worst managed and location to order pizza! Barbra did a 20-minute “quality check”. Im assuming she’s blind. Paul doesn’t know how to deliver when he says it was actually delivered. Tracker said, “Order completed.” Showed up 15 minutes later. Their tracker keeps changing delivery times over and over, If you’re desperate enough to order from here, I would save your tip. I would take the time to go to a different city for all pizza places other than Columbia Heights. They are all garbage!

These lazy people!!!! (Patty) who delivered our food this is bad business. I am pregnant with two children while I was (buzzing) you in (you left our food) on the dirty floor !!!! By the entrance so anyone could grab it. Wasn’t even signed for etc. you just left it there ! Could have notified someone but you were too lazy to walk through the door BEING BUZZED IN!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I am 9 months pregnant and I ordered me & my fiancé some pizza and wings 2 hours before they closed and they are EXTREMELY short of staff to run a business! Barbra the manager accepted my order and never put my order in the over and waited 2 hours later to when they were about to close to cancel my order to leave me , my baby and fiancé starving! 0/10 highly do not recommend EVER !!

I travel the US for work, I come to locations to get lunch and dinner for my workers quite often. I came to this poorly managed location and man this is the worst dominoes and not by the pizza I got my order canceled because my left front tire was over the line in the parking lot I get it if it was a busy lot but no one was there and if that was a issue then why hasn’t anyone said anything about when I pull up with my dump trailers and take up 4-8 parking spots? So we paid for the pizza and when he (kyle/kale didnt provide name after asked) arrived from delivering pizzas and decided to make the decision of returning my cash and keeping the pizza cause he wanted me to park my truck correctly in a empty parking lot

For the second time in a row I have left an online order only to wait an hour before being notified that it was canceled. It is understandable if the location is swamped with orders near closing time and cannot keep up, but the staff and management need to do a better job at notifying customers if that is the case before waiting an entire hour- with customers still expecting an order to be coming to them soon- before canceling the order. I wish I could give a review of the pizza itself, but I’m sorry to say that this Domino’s has utterly dropped the ball and is either understaffed, poorly managed, inconsiderate, or all-around totally too incompetent to even bring me a pizza to even begin with. Worst experience I’ve had at a Domino’s, several times in a row.
