Negative starts. If you want a pizza with no sauce except for around the crust and pay extra for a pan pizza they just put wayyyyy to much cheese on the hand tossed and put it in a pan pizza box. This is the 5th time they messed up. And tbh they just keep getting worse. And for the amount of time I waited I should’ve just gone to the gas station and bought a pizza…

Food was great! Had all correct sauces. Time was 45min. Higher-end of 35-45 buts it’s Saturday late night(only place open in hibbing) Darius was good friendly driver and fast (I’m a delivery driver myself). Called store and talked to a real person (not call center). Go dominos!

Wow, worst experience ever. Ordered pizzas for a school and was told we must have called the wrong store. Then, instead of admitting there may be a problem with the ordering system, the manager started complaining about how hard it is to hire people. It would have been much simpler to have said, “Sorry, we’ve been having problems with the ordering system. I can make your pizzas now.” Never ordering from this Dominos again.

Cold pizza and wrong pasta order. Paid around &25 with tip and delivery. Purchased2 items because I am homebound and needed meals for a couple of days. when I called to let them know they gave me wrong pasta dish the next day (ordered breadbowl with sausage and marinara sauce but received no breadbowl and just chicken Alfredo…Yuch!) they wouldn’t make it right because it was delivered last night. I trusted that when I ordered it would be correct so didn’t check pasta because I wasn’t going to eat until the next day. No remorse from them. I will NEVER order pizza from Hibbing Dominoes ever again. Period. No dinner tonite because of their screwup.

I’m commenting for several families. No one enjoys talking to Minneapolis when ordering a pizza in Hibbing. Its no longer easy for people of all ages! How cold & impersonal. Many are fed up & go elsewhere. Make Dominos the ‘family friendly place’ it always was…& gain customers back.
