Parking is limited. I order from this location all the time and it’s 98% of the time perfectly made food. There have been a couple times our food arrived and it looked like a blind dog prepared it. When we called to ask about it, I got an angry man who yelled at me that it wasn’t his problem. Other than that, service is consistently excellent. I love the delivery drivers, there are a couple that are super friendly.

Ordered online from my hotel room. Used my credit card to pay and had a cash tip to give driver upon delivery. When the driver arrived they knocked, left the food by the door, and had to literally run to the elevator. By the time I opened the door, literal seconds, they were in the elevator already. I felt bad that they didn’t get a tip so I chased but didn’t get down in time. Trip to front desk was embarrassing as I had no shoes on and then realized no key to get back into my room.

Worst drivers in town. Pizza has been perfectly fine every time ordering carryout but both times getting delivery has been downright terrible. 1st time driver did not call when ticket says to then claimed they did anyway making me go to the store to pick it up and now tonight where driver took 50 minutes from picking up the pizza to deliver it a 1/4th mile away

Paid for sauce that wasn’t delivered gave over 20 percent tip when asked to credit account for that was told no I’d have to wait 20 min to ha e driver bring sauce was late didn’t want to go back down 12 floors to get so guess I’m just put my money every time I order here service is awful.

When you tell someone their order is ready at 9:15 and it’s 9:45 and they are still waiting in the car… ridiculous. 6 drivers came and when after he showed up to get our order that was supposed to be ready.

Me and my kids order from here very often. It’s the only fast food that is still good after years of ordering. If you don’t get speciality pizza, make sure to customize your za because the one toppings can be plain. Gotta get the pan pizza for 5 stars. The sides are always good as well.
