I ordered cheesy bready and I got home and found out that it was not the order I wanted and i was I got t uneatable. I called them and the way the handled my complaint was to put me on hold and for hours hoping I would just go away instead of talking to me. After an hour and 30 minutes they picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I was a good customer but I am no longer a customer.

It’s been 3 hours since the order was placed. Nothing. Got a phone call about 2 hours ago saying the original delivery guy grabbed the wrong order and they were sending someone else. I called in to inquire where my order was… 30 minutes on hold with no answer. I called from a different phone and someone answered almost immediately only to transfer me to being on hold. It’s now 11pm and I have hangry(not hungry…. Hangry) kids who are also tired. Not cool domino’s… Not cool. Zero stars if I could.

The Manager was very upfront and forward to a customer complaining about the time they had to wait when it was clear as day they were busy with 20 people waiting and delivery drivers not getting but a second then out the door. So I applaud Josh for doing so. People just need patience in life. Also my food was hot and correct.

Placed an order for pick up. When I arrived several other people were waiting for their orders. No employees acknowledged the presence of the customers. 10 minutes later 2 guys came in from deliveries and helped customers. No apologies for the wait, nothing… I understand they may be short staffed but they could have at least said “someone will be with you asap.” And “sorry for the wait”
