I ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese with sausage and pepperoni added to it and it did not have the 6 cheese on it, just regular cheese and it really wasn’t good! Also the last 2 times I had ordered the bread twist with the 5 cheese dip, the dip was burned and I only got enough cheese dip for 3 breadtwist and there are 8! Very disgusting and disappointing!! You guys need to do something about your workers and train them better cause I use to order from you guys and it was good at one point, not anymore!

Ordered tonight and had two salads that were expired and puffed up. Called just to make sure no one else would get expired salads and so they’d be aware. The person I talked to apologized and gave a $25 credit to use next time. Other than this I’ve not had any issues with them. Always fast for delivery and yummy!

Today is the 4th time in a row I’ve gotten something completely different from what I ordered. We ordered chicken and spinach this time. I mean, screw it, we’re gonna eat this one because it’s dominos. No matter what it’s gonna be mediocre. But I used to work at dominos and I know for fact it is not a difficult job.

They hung up on me. We ordered some pastas, one of the baked dips, a bottle of fanta, and a bottle of diet coke. my boyfriend is diabetic. they delivered a cherry coke instead of diet. should’ve been a simple fix. called and was on hold for 15 mins the first time, picked up the second time to no one else on the line, the third try after being on hold for approx. 10 mins someone answered, excused the wait, i was understanding, was told they were refunding the diet coke because they don’t have any in store and i was to talk to a “Brandon”, then the call ended?

They have an awfully creepy delivery driver. He stares way too long and says off the wall things. Also peeks through windows for some time before knocking. I’ve reported to the store in the past, but he’s still there.

Tonight wasn’t the best. They may have had an off night, which is totally fine. My only wish is that maybe they could have made some sort of courtesy call about the order? And not only that, but by the time an hour had rolled around I was a bit worried about the food’s quality that we’d be getting. And yes, by the time we got it, it tasted like a pizza that had been left out for over an hour. It was kinda mushy, cold, and had a weird old flavor. Lava cakes were only slightly warm still. Even the soda felt like it had been in the fridge at one point but just kinda sat there to get warm. Overall not a very good experience, but I understand things happen! Maybe next time if they’re running late they can give the customer a call or at least remake their order so it’s more fresh at delivery? I’m not sure what their policy is on that, but it’d be appreciated. Not saying this review reflects their quality overall! Just my experience with ordering tonight.
