REALLY disappointing. Always. Somehow, both overcooked slightly, yet cheese that is barely melted in places? With soggy dough in the center of pizza, tip of slices. Today it wasn’t cut all the way through either. Consistently poorly prepared and cooked. Won’t be ordering here anymore. The other one on Washington Street is the SAME sad story.

I ordered and ate my Pepperoni Pizza last night no problem, didn’t bother checking my sandwich or the other two pizzas until this morning for lunch, which, in hindsight, was a mistake on my part because I have frequent order errors at this location. Today was the one that pushed me to the review.

Visiting from out of state so I’m exhausted from traveling all day. I decided to just order some wings and pizza. According to the tracker, my meal sat for 40 minutes before delivery. Driver just left the order at the front desk, had I known that was the policy I would have not tipped so much. The pizza was cold and soggy, I tossed it after 1 slice. The wings were over cooked and dry with just a dribble of sauce. Absolutely disgusting, again I tossed the meal after 1 wing. If you are ok with paying 30+ dollars for trash the this is your kind of place.

Have ordered the same thing at other Dominos and it has never been this bad! Pizza was under cooked. Center of pizza was raw and it had about three times the crust that they normally have.

Placed an order tonight (12/26) at 6:14pm. The wait time for delivery was 57-67 minutes. This is not a problem as I know places get busy and they need time to complete everyone’s orders in the order they recieved them. However, at 7:37pm, the order hadn’t been started yet. When we called to inquire when it would be delivered, there was no apology and no excuse, they just said they were starting it now and it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 8:22pm (45 minutes later), the tracker said they were still making it, with a 2.5 HOUR wait for it to be delivered. We called again, no apology, no excuse, and the order still hadn’t even been started. We ended up having to cancel the order. How is this something that they view as acceptable, without even so much as an acknowledgement that they clearly had done wrong. Its now after 9pm and im just finishing making dinner for my young kids, who should already be in bed by now, but instead are having an incredibly dinner and have to be rushed to bed shortly after. So unacceptable on so many levels.

The Baxter location needs to update their hours online and on the app. I’m not from town so I go by what the site and app say for times. I placed an order on the app at around midnight which went through the normal tracker phase the cooking and preparing and then showed out for delivery. 45 min later I still didn’t have my food I finally called the store someone answered said we closed already. I told him I placed and order and it showed out for delivery, the guy proceeded to be beyond rude to me. Telling me they close at 11pm now and he cancelled my order as they are closed. I said well it would have been nice to know my order was cancelled and I wasn’t getting food. He said if it shows delivery your food is somewhere else and hung up on me. I could clearly see the Baxter address was listed. Horrible customer service from Baxter location, will not order from that location ever again when in the area.
