The pizza is wonderful, but if you want me to keep coming back and buying more pizza you gotta watch it in the parking lot and not almost hit me with not only the door, but the delivery car. The delivery driver came out of the building swung the door open almost hit my fiancée and I, didn’t apologize or say a word and then they were leaving in the delivery car and almost hit us while we were walking back to our car. If I’m dead I can’t buy more pizza so it’d be greatly appreciated if you could be a little more careful. So other than that 10/10!

We have placed a large order for our church event. More than half of the pizzas were without cheese and sauce. We didn’t hear any apologies from the pizzeria when we returned with a complaint. The workers just started blaming each other and looking for extremes among themselves. Nothing else was done to correct their mistake.

Ordered our pizza online to pick up. They made the freaking order wrong and didn’t want to provide us a refund. We had to 2 options- 1. Take the messed up order 2. Get 15% off the next order! Horrible experience!! Never ordering from this location again.

Everytime we order from this location it is horrible. After a few months try and give them another chance and again get same things happen. We place our order online and says 30-40 minute wait we then wait about hour and half call the store and they are always so rude when you question what the hold up is, tonight wr had to wait almost 2 hours pizza was cold and my son even had to go meet the driver in the middle of the road in our complex because he couldn’t read- if he would have read the signs he would have found our place easy. TERRIBLE

I used to deliver pizza here. The staff is great to work with. At least one time of day they get swamped and don’t have the staff to cover it. The area where this is. People do not tip. =( also I feel their food is pretty good and place is clean

Online order at 4:42 was given 28-35 min delivery time. It is 7pm and we just got the pizza. It is cold. Ordered 1 med cheese pizza & a 2 liter of soda. Not a big order, online tracking said ordered 10min before pizza arrived.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas at 5:45 pm with arrival time of 60-70 minutes. Our order arrived 7:50pm and both pizzas were far from correct, one being a small. I paid $43 dollars with a generous tip in cash for my order. Management was very unfriendly but did offer a $25 credit or to remake the pizzas but it would be another 3 hours. I am beyond upset about the entire experience. I understand being short staffed, but come on. This store is absolutely ridiculous.

Called in a delivery and took 30min just to put in the order due to staff not being able to operate. Don’t know if it was someone new, but I shouldn’t have give out my card number multiple times. Then get put on hold while I can hear them not knowing how to operate their own system.

I called to place my order where I was assisted by someone who speaks poor English. I told her I was calling their establishment for the first time to try the $7.99 one topping gluten-free pizza I’ve seen advertised on my streaming service. I also ordered a large all meat. The total ended up being 33 something which seemed high. I did not question the total until after I paid, but when I looked at my receipt the gluten-free pizza was almost $13. when I went back in to talk to somebody about it, neither one of them wanted to help me because they didn’t know what to do, and they don’t take the calls, the calls are routed to them via a call center. very poor customer service. She told me I could call 1-800 Domino’s and give my review and experience. The food was really good but overall I don’t think we’ll order again.
