The only reason for 3 stars is because when I ordered online my pizza was done fairly quickly. I ordered a medium sausage and beef pizza with extra sauce. There was definitely not extra sauce on my pizza in fact they put less sauce on it on purpose. My pizza was really dry due to the little amount of sauce they put on it. My beef on the pizza tasted like cleaning chemicals. The sausage was undercooked. My wife ordered a medium beef and jalapeño pizza and they were so skimpy on the toppings. Oh and they charge for Parmesan cheese they do not give it out free like other pizza places. I do not think I will be returning to this location.

Why would this be placed in the box? Not much was on the top of the box, so it doesn’t appear that it was dropped during shipping, which I know can happen. This looks like someone was too lazy to admit they made a mistake and remake it before it went to the customer. At least Domino’s as a company stands by their products and makes it right on your next purchase.

Though domino’s routinely breaks fair labor and standard act laws, when getting a delivery ask for no other then JEFF HEADRICK. He uses a back brace to work BUT he comes with a smile, good jokes and definitely makes you feel like you matter as a person instead of just another delivery order. Tips are always needed as the base for these drivers is $10 per hour in 2023. Driver Jeff is definitely worth handling your delivery.

I’m very upset with the treatment from one employee. Jeremy F is his name. I called to after my pizza was delivered in a timely fashion, the driver was great. When we received the food our sandwich and the two topping pizza where ok, no problems. Our Supreme pizza was not thoroughly cooked. The dough was still malleable so we called to address the issue. Jeremy was not helpful and asked, “what do you want me to doo?” Followed by 1.5 minutes of silence after I replied I don’t know. After that he hung up on me and I proceeded to call back. I got Brady on the phone who again transferred me to Jeremy which in turn he hung up again on me after telling me to call tomorrow and talk to the manager. Turns out Brady is the GM and I talked to him after the third call which in turn was more pleasant than my other two calls. I was informed there is no district manager at the moment. Very uncouth behavior and I’d assume the training is next to nonexistent. 20yr customer lost.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! Not a single employee in this establishment has to competence to be able to complete a single order correctly. Waited 3 hours to not only never receive my food, but to be told that “it was delivered” and there’s nothing they can do about it. Furthermore when I try to contact them about getting a refund because they so rudely hung up on me, they keep hanging up my calls every time they see my caller ID and refuse to provide any customer service. Steer clear and go elsewhere! If dealing with special needs people is your thing, you may need to visit this store… they’re all extremely special

Normally I have no complaints of my food or service from Dominos on S.Minn. But today I ordered brownies and they did not appear to be freshly packed .They actually looked as if pieces had been thrown together to fill box. Very odd! Lately service is very, very slow… I understand it’s hard to find help these days but maybe if the app provided accurate estimated delivery times, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I placed an order at 6:40pm tonight. It is now 7:56pm and tracker is still on “prepping.” App said ETA 45mins to an hour. If I knew it was going to take longer I don’t think I would have ordered from them.
