Went there tonight, ordered two large pizzas delux and axtrazaganza. The toppings were skimp, like the same amount they would put on a med pizza. There should be more toppings on a large for the price I payed. They had no onions and made my pizzas without onions without informing me so I could ask for more mushrooms or something. Got my pizza and they left out the Italian sausage. Went back inside to have it remade and that’s when I found out about the no onions. Asked them to put extra cheese since they had no onions. They said okay but when I got home there was no onions and no extra cheese and barely any other toppings for a specialty pizza. Inspect your pizza before you leave because they leave things out and don’t inform you them make your order wrong. Do better Dominos. This was supposed to be a large delux and a large extravaganza. All the pizzas look the same like they only know how to make one kind of pizza.

Delivery of a Brooklyn style pizza. First pizza came without pepperoni after I ordered extra pepperoni. Called, Domino’s said they would send a second pizza which they did, without pepperoni also. It also looked like the delivery guy slammed it up against the door as the pizza was all askew in the box with toppings and cheese on the lid. I will never order Domino’s ever again. I’m a 16 year customer of that Domino’s and I believe it was all deliberate. The receipt photo is also included to show I ordered the extra pepperoni. Whatever those people get paid, it’s too much.

We messed up not looking at the reviews before ordering but we have never had anything like this happen with Dominos. We ordered at 10:30pm and got our pizza at 12:22AM. Literally the next day lol.

Ordered a medium Pan pizza, pepp and sausage on half. It tasted ok, but the toppings to crust ratio is the worst i’ve ever seen. Also, the crust part of the pizza was the pan part of the pizza. The toppings part was flat.

I ordered a pizza online and it took about a half hour alone to even start making the pizza. When I eventually saw it was ready, they sure didn’t seem to be slammed. Busy but weren’t moving very fast to get orders done. And then… I get my pizza home and my Buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce. So I basically got just a chicken pizza. Pretty pathetic.

I got to the store to pick up my food which I ordered for car side delivery and pushed the im here button as instructed and proceeded to wait about ten minutes even though there’s a timer for two indicating it should’ve been out by the time the two minutes was up … well the timer stopped which meant I had received my food … however- I wasn’t the one that got the food. When I inquired about it they asked me if I was at the right store (which I was) and that they didn’t have it and were going to check again and if nothing make me new food… so I waited fifteen more minutes for the new food to be made so I total I waited the 25 minutes to leave to go get the pizza then ten then another five while they looked for the missing (given to someone else) pizza and 15-20 got new food to be made which in total is about an hour or longer… that’s longer than it would’ve taken to deliver it! So now they have a free pizza for my timer running out because it said at51 if the hour I gotta feed one had I not received mine but since they stopped the timer because it was given to another person I didn’t get an email and they owe me for the time I had to wait and also my points need to be added yet… west Fargo store WAS my go to but now I may have to switch it up… love dominos and the people are great but they could be a little more careful and efficient with the orders ♀️ sorry guys but I’m a little disappointed in the store lately… like the past 6 or 7 months to be honest… get it together man!! otherwise fantastic job on the food.. always delicious
