Super hit or miss. They’re really good about deliveries and stuff but I’ve noticed a lot of times if I order in the evenings the pizza will be very sloppily made and tonight was one of those nights. Look at the picture, there isn’t even any cheese or sauce on a couple of the slices. Even Little Caesar’s is starting to be a more reliable option at this point.

They left my food on the ground without even knocking. I have a dog if there WAS a knock she would have barked, to which, she did not. Hence, how I’m certain there was no knock. From the time I submitted the order and the tracker said delivery completed was a total of 4 minutes. The pizza WAS NOT fresh and the MOD had lied about it over the phone.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. The second easiest pizza to make, received a cheese pizza. I mean how hard is it? Wish I would have looked at it before I got back to the hotel. Disappointing. Store was grubby as well.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza and was super thankful they were open since it’s Memorial Day! There was just one girl in there running the whole show and was super nice! My pizza was also super gooood and ready within a short amount of time!! So overall awesomeee !!

Ordered online. Food was about to come out in time but a medium pepperoni pizza fell on the ground (part of my order) the person who was operating the cut table picked it up, rearranged the cheese and pepperonis… proceeded to place it in a box and was going to serve it to me. This is absolutely terrible!!! I requested a remake and tried to show which pizza it was that fell, and the man who was doing the dough (I’m thinking the manager) proceeded to yell at me and told me I am not allowed back here. I wasn’t far into the area. Just 1 step passed the counter. He threatened that I am not allowed back here in a very aggressive manner. Also threatened to cancel my entire order. After telling me the even though the pizza fell to the metal catch bucket on the ground, it is still sanitary. This should never never be served to anyone. I also don’t believe he needed to yell and me and threaten to cancel my order. I order from this location (only one in minot) multiple times per week. I am beginning to wonder how often pizzas are served that fall onto the ground. Very concerning. I also asked for names and they would not tell me. This is the absolute worst experience ever!!!

We are not fan of eating fast food but my son likes pizza from dominos we were there Sunday too buy some pizzas too bring home but it seems like the workers don’t like there job the lady which we ordered our food has the worst customer service we ever experienced from any restaurant we had gone too, everyone has an attitude like If the pizza was free so this is the last time we ever buy from this place again and the phone was ringing for 30 minutes and nobody picked up the phone so I think I will be changing too papa John’s since the service there is way better than dominos and I won’t keep wasting my money for a bad service with mediocre food

Normally a big domino’s fan but was in Minot for a basketball tournament and their location was a disaster. Walked in and was the only customer in the building and proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes while not a single person came and talked to me. I understand places can get backed up but ignoring customers completely was ridiculous. Went to Papa Murphy’s across the street 5 star service

Delivered to wrong address. When I called the number back go a terse it’s on the porch then they hung up without letting me speak. Order was not on my porch but I assume a porch somewhere down the street according to the tracking app. Tried calling back and shunted to some hold dominoes number. Tried calling calling store directly, no answer just put on hold till I gave up after 30 minutes of holding.
