The pizza from this location was good. The management team seemed to be very much less put-together than they should have been. The manager below the general manager is downright rude to her fellow employees, in front of customers, and the GM didn’t appear to be dealing with the issue. As a matter of fact, it felt as though he simply didn’t care.

I give 2 instead of 1 stars because the food is good and I’ve gotten food here a handful of times. This last time however (ordered delivery) though I did not receive an item. I called the store and the person that answered said that they texted the driver and made it seem like they would come back and drop it off. They never did. Extremely frustrating that I paid for something and never received it. Not the best customer service.

I ordered a cheese pizza they gave me a sauce pizza.. when I called in the manager told me I can order another pizza for 13$ because he made the pizza he was told to make.. the person placing the order messed up but I was my problem not theirs.. finally they agreed to send me a new one.. the attitude I got for their mistake was uncalled for.

These guys delivered my order to the wrong address then blamed me. I think the guys name was Daniel. I was very patient the first time I called wondering where my food was and he said it would be delivered short. Fast forward 45 minutes. No food. Called again. They had the nerve to insult my intelligence and acted like I was lying when I never got my food. Then when I finally did get my food the grumpy little delivery boy slammed my door and woke up my 95 year great grandma. Thanks dominos for ruining my night. Be very careful if Daniel is working at night. He thinks he’s extremely smart (which he’s not) and will insult your intelligence. Just order from a local Missoula pizza place

Salad is not fresh just by the look. They should not sell when it’s not. Also, croutons bag popped lost it’s crunchiness. The pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza is way over dried. Will not order again from this place.

OMG. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. I love this place. Cody and the staff were so awesome! Professional, helpful and kind. The store was very clean and neat. I was late picking up our order and they remade it fresh in no time at all. I will definitely be back! Domino’s just got a life long customer!!!

After my last delivery, I’ve decided im done with this location. I ordered one pizza and an 8 piece of wings. After about an hour and 15, with the progress on the app saying still being made, I called and they said the app is wrong and the pizza had just left the store. This clearly wasn’t true because it took another 45 minutes for it to arrive. Roughly 2 hours for a medium pizza and 8 wings is crazy.
