Worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered at. the “manager” can’t speak English and is completely rude and incompetent. Waited 15 mins longer for my food and still didn’t come out hot, then get home and see that is was all made like absolutely trash . Burnt, no cheese, covered up with lots of sauce.

My daughter ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich with only cheese on it. So we got 2 charred pieces of cheese making this sandwich garbage. I tried to see if I could pick the burnt part off but the cheese was burnt completely through. We tried to go online and make a claim that there was something wrong with the order and it kept saying ‘oops something went wrong’ and wouldn’t allow us to. We will never order from this place again.

Update: I ordered again online (my kids love the pizza)… I called the store immediately after my online order and talked to “Tim” (who was awesome!) and he was able to find in their system my “free” wings and they would be delivered with my order. Thank you, Tim, for the great service

I ordered a pizza with no sauce. It went to a call center pretty sure out of the country. I waited more than 45 mins as promised/ it was an hour & 10 mins. Anyway the pizza was wrong & had tons of sauce. I called the store & they tell me it’s my fault for not communicating properly with the call center. Plus they didn’t even give me a receipt but read me what was on the receipt (supposedly) They do have a terrible attitude when you call to complain. Don’t ever order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked in to this dominos trying to return a pizza that I paid for that was to my dissatisfaction!!!! The pizza was over cooked and was not what I asked for. This girl with blonde brownish hair walked up to the register with a big attitude asking what can I do for you with very poor customer service. I asked for her name she said “Tiffany” I proceeded to explain to her my situation, she completely cut me off and said I can’t do your refund with this pizza after she sees I haven’t touched it!!!! I said why is that? Doesn’t make sense. Then she starts yelling at me saying the manager isn’t here I’m going to have to wait until the manager comes in to refund me for this disgusting overly cooked Pizza I never ordered. Tiffany continued to talk over me yelling!!!!! I don’t appreciate this poor customer service. I’ve been coming here for years!!! But I guarantee you I won’t be back. Tiffany need to be fired A.S.A.P treating customers like this!!!!!!! She doesn’t deserve a job at all with her poor customer service skills, and a bad and very TOXIC ATTITUDE!!!!!! I don’t appreciate this!!!! I will not be back!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never really had issues with this place before—it’s relatively cheap pizza, you get what you pay for. I always choose contactless delivery which is what I did today. They called me and said they no longer offer contactless delivery and would need to hand it to me. Why offer it on the app if it isn’t available? I said I would like to cancel the order and the very rude woman (who I am assuming is the manager) said it wasn’t an option because it was already made and the driver was on his way. A blatant lie since it took another 30 minutes to get my pizza, which was partially burnt, tasted like garbage, and I was given an expired garlic cup on top of it.

We ordered pizza for Halloween. I was amazed at how busy it was for a Thursday night. They had a full crew working and they were trying to move as fast as they could but you only have so much oven space. They workers were very pleasant even though they were working feverishly to fill orders. What was more impressive was how they handled the people waiting. Even though customers were getting impatient the staff was very respectful. I was blow away with kindness when someone came in to order and they were totally honest about the wait time instead of just taking the order. The customers should remember to be patient and look at the order board.

Food was not only not ready when it was supposed to be, it was not even started!! $10 pasta had only 27 pieces, I could see the bottom of the container! What the heck? For $10, the pasta should fill the tiny take out container.
