I ordered a Pizza for delivery and informed them that I was staying at the Hampton Inn in Huntly. I said that twice. Driver called and said he was at my door. Turns out, he went to the wrong town. When the driver called from the wrong town, I told him the Hampton Inn in Huntly. He asked for the address, so I looked it up for him. Repeated it three times. He hung up on me. Pizza never came. Ordered from Sal’s Instead. Told them the same thing. Asked if they wanted the address. They said, “No, the Hampton Inn in Huntly is fine.” Poor customer service from this Domino’s (This is my first one star review ever)

Ordered through the Dominos app and the pizza tracker worked great and updated quickly. My pizzas and cinnamon breadsticks were done quick and thanks to the pizza tracker I was able to pick me them fresh out of the oven. Staff was very friendly and the food came out great.

This place is a good standard pizza place. Reliably fast and good value for money. Almost always a deal or coupon that you can find online or on the app. Order accuracy is decent, although there has been a missed pizza ingredient from time to time, but not enough to ever cause any issues. Just wish this location wasn’t so hard to get to from the east side of Algonquin!

Tad the manager , and Joe the delivery driver were so good to us , ordered from the wrong store that I usually order from but was in a different area and they made sure we got our order anyways , amazing professionalism with tad . So appreciated.. they both deserve a raise & we know joe appreciated the extra tip $ and tad made sure that his driver was also gonna be taken care of . Great team ! Keep it up you guys . . Who doesn’t love pizza and people who take care of those who do ! Lol thank you guys a bunch . Especially on a weekend like Independence Day weekend . So impressed !
