I used to not be a fan of Domino’s until I tried it again about 2 years ago. Now that I’ve moved to this area, this Domino’s has failed twice. These photos are from September 2021 where we received a sandwich with hardly any chicken on it and a pizza that didn’t have ANY sauce. We tried them again last week to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered extra sauce on the pizza (I refrained from the sandwich after the last one I received). I don’t have a picture of it, but the sauce was in a soggy puddle in the center of the pizza without reaching the outside about 4 inches to the crust. It is very disappointing to have received food like this especially when it really isn’t as cheap as it used to be. If I’m going to spend around $40 for pizza and such, I might as well spend a couple of dollars more and actually enjoy the food that I’ve paid for.

We really like dominos it’s our quick go to for fast food pizza. Ordered 5.26.23 two medium pizza’s one thin crust one hand pan. Thin crust was slightly burned (half chicken half pepperoni which is my kids favorite) but it’s understandable as it’s a thin crust with burn easily & just fast food pizza. The hand pan was really good beef spinach and tomatoes (Yummy!)

The worst pizza place and experience I have ever had website says that they are open today. However, they are not. They are closed extremely bad, business and professional people working inside. It is horrible. It was good that they were closed. The last time they made my order it was disgusting. I ordered a Philly steak pizza Philly steak pizza comes with the white creamy cheese. They had yellow cheese and told me it was the new Philly steak pizza and it’s the way they always make it which is not true, but always comes with white creamy cheese. On the pizza extremely horrible service.

Hours are incorrect. Took me over thirty minutes to reach a human person over the phone to find out why my online order wasn’t working.

I wish all their pizzas had the same quality as the black box pizzas

You really can’t deliver to my apartment? It’s 7 minutes away…….. Oh well, Lou Melnatis has way better pizza anyways, and they will accommodate us. You guys really should revitalize your business practices like you did your pizza crust, before you end up among circuit city, toys r us and the likes. I’d say good riddance at this point as you’ve really begun to let things slip.

Over two hours for the pizza to arrive, after the app said it had been sitting there for one and a half hours. No one would answer the phone at the location to provide status or cancel the order. The app then said the pizza was delivered. Assuming they had delivered it to wrong address, we ordered from somewhere else. The food showed up 15 minutes later, cold and soggy and by a delivery driver who went on to tell me they don’t answer the phone because they can’t spend time on the phone with all the customers calling to complain, their deliveries are taking long due to Covid. I advised that they shouldn’t tell people the order will arrive in 50-60 minutes if they know they are taking longer and it’s actually going to take 2 hours and then have no way to reach the location for any information.

Pretty much every time i order here, the order is wrong. I don’t even like dominos anymore because of this location. But my husband insists on getting it sometimes. We just ordered and like usual they forgot to put the sauce on his sandwich, the cheesy bread was burnt, the chicken Alfredo pasta tasted like it was made with ranch and not Alfredo sauce, and my bbq wings had barely ANY bbq sauce on them. I’m so sick of this location.

I like this Domino’s for quick commercial grade pizza. I personally order through the phone app using a coupon and pick up my order at the store. In most cases the pizza is usually done in fifteen to thirty minutes. I also like the car carryout service where they bring the pizza to your car while you’re stopped in front of the store. I would give them a try, it’s cheap and it’s decent pizza. It’s no Lou Malnati’s or Prontos but then again it’s half the price. If you have the appropriate expectations, you usually won’t be disappointed.
