Recieved great customer service at Wood Dale Domino’s. These guys are not only efficient but went above and beyond in helping us fix the order. We ordered through the app and the “special instructions” portion was missing. Several of us have dietary restrictions. Store phones were down so we couldn’t fix the order over the phone. The team re-made our order and even helped us navigate the app.

Ordered pizzas, website says 11-22 minutes. Its never on time but I still show up 20 minutes later expecting to wait. Get this, theres probably 8 people waiting in the lobby ordering, ONE DUDE working. His name is Jose. My food was ready to go as soon as I walked in. One dude in a packed store on the 3rd of july was holding it down and provided top tier service and a correct order that I can only assume he prepared himself between taking new orders. Nice work my guy. Thanks for the pies. Dominos, do better. Hire some back up for Jose before he realizes how much better a place he can work for.

Quality has gone down over the past year. Cheese and dough don’t taste good anymore, especially when it comes to handmade pizzas. Wings barely even get sauce either, one side is usually completely dry.

Probably 1/2 the time my order gets cancelled for them not having a driver. On a Saturday afternoon. Trashed pizzas on delivery. 1 hour plus pickup for a pizza that takes them 15 minutes to make all together. I wish so much I lived near a dominos that I wasn’t awful
