The website isn’t user-friendly. My spinach and mushroom pizza look like it had been riding in another car before it got to me. I habitually open my pizza before I leave the premises. I was not happy. It was unattractive but because of my screaming kid in the car I had to leave. It tasted fine.

We love Domino’s. Placed order online. Curb side pickup for two pizzas. Our order has always been spot on. It is always ready on time and we always get the friendliest service, even when they are at their busiest. We appreciate all you do. Thanks to having the best crusts, toppings and options, they are usually on point. Excellent customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with the Dominos.

Domino’s delivers on taste, price, service and yummy. I was able to order online and track my order. The order was accurate and nice and hot upon pick up. You can’t beat the deal that they have now for $5.99 and $6.99 if you buy 2 or more of certain items. We had 3 medium pizzas, 2 pastas, and 2 desserts for under $45 dollars. We even tried out a new pizza topping chicken with spinach, garlic sauce and it was so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be going back again!

I called with a delivery order shortly before closing because I was having issues ordering online. Micky, the store manager who answered my call, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional despite the issues I was having online and the fact that it was close to closing time. Good customer service is often hard to come by at large companies, but Micky had such a personal touch that it made it feel like I wasn’t dealing with a large chain restaurant but rather a small caring ‘mom and pop’ shop.

I’m rating 3 stars not because of the food but because of the service. There’s a young man in this particular location that is always working the register is terrible at customer service. He wears his hat super low so you can’t see his face I’ve literally never seen anyone wear a hat like that in my life. He won’t speak in an audible tone and has an attitude from the moment he begins to take your order, and never wants to tell the specials. It’s wrong to be treated in this manner and every other employee in this location speaks properly and is friendly to the customers.

I have ordered food from this Dominos many times and each time the food is hot, and fresh. The only issue that I had was once when I called to place a pick up order, the person on the phone told me that I could not get a specific deal unless I placed my order online.. I know that this is not true because I have placed an order this way many times. I called to place my order because I was driving home and I could not place the order online at that moment. Whomever they have taking orders over the phone needs to be replaced. Other than that, the physical location is GREAT! The staff is always friendly, they have great customer service skills, and they are always quick. I love the service at this location and I will continue to patronize the location as ling as they continue to provide this service.. Please keep up the great work!
