I love coming to domino’s but this time this location is no good first of all they don’t deliver anymore, which they used to deliver they are extremely rude customer service does not exist here placed an order online to pick up through the drive thru they have a handwritten sign stating Paid orders only online does not specify that why would you give the option to pay at pick up through the drive thru said the person in the window his response was we don’t control the app rudely that’s ok I will take my business somewhere where it’s valued and not treated like this. Congratulations another lost customer it seems Domino’s don’t care

I ordered 12 wings and 2 pizzas. They only delivered the pizza. I spoke with the manager Anna and she said that she would make a note stating that my next order I would receive my wings for free. Today I placed my order and called for my wings to be added on as I was instructed to do and someone other lady answered and stated that they system doesn’t show anything that my orders were even in the system. I’ll call back n speak to Anna but this lady today handled me as if I was just trying to get free food when truthfully speaking I paid for it already they just never sent it out.highly upset because I’m not a liar yet they failed to take responsibility for their mistake
