ALWAYS QUICK and EVERY driver is super respectful and always friendly when they come!!! They have this amazing brownie/cookie pizza pie that’s just absolutely delicious and always warm and gooey every time we order it (Which is now EVERY SINGLE TIME ♀️ ⚠️ ) I love their SMS updates on your order from start to finish you know who made it and who’s driving it to you and how close they are !!! Even though they are literally 2 minutes down the road from me i ALWAYS make sure to tip my driver at least the $5.00 or 15%!!!

This is the fourth time I ordered the philly tater tots from this location. There’s hardly any toppings on them & no Alfredo sauce. The beef is burnt & there’s 5 little strips of onions & very little cheese. I don’t like green peppers so I don’t get any. The owner needs to teach the employees how to make them! I’ve ordered the same thing from other Domino’s & they’re perfect. They put enough of the ingredients on the tots & the beef isn’t burnt & there’s Alfredo sauce on them! Don’t order from this location!

ZERO STARS! This place needs new management. Almost no meat on the Philly Steak and extra sauce meant no sauce, meanwhile, the manager, M****a wanted to argue that everything is measured and didn’t even offer to make it right, an apology, nothing but arguing. If you’re so right, why are your reviews what they are? I can’t imagine corporate thinking this is ok! We’ll definitely take out business elsewhere.

Our order was wrong and the manager was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She refused to believe our order was wrong, crumpled my receipt in my face, went off on me, berated me, and continued to give attitude. I’ve never had a problem with this place before now. I addressed my concern with the district manager and have yet been compensated. So close and convenient but I will be very use this location again

I was a little disappointed with my last order . I ordered ahead online and chose ” pay” at arrival.” When I got there, my order had not even been started , the girl working stated oh this “order just poped up” maybe it did but its hard to believe maybe they were goofing off and missed it . I have been in Lockport for 10 years approximately 3 miles from this domino’s location. I placed my 1st order about 10 days ago the food was good. I decided to reorder the same thing about a week later and they sent a driver to my home for a $14 bill I handed him a 20 and he told me he had no change. I took the 20 back and sent him packing . I decided to give them one more try, the old 3 strikes and you’re out. I received a call from their automated system And was told my order had been delivered. Nobody rang my bell I was sitting practically right next to the front door. when I called the automated system and asked for a manager the manager told me that I never answered my doorbell and they threw it on my front step. I looked outside and there was my food ice cold in the dead of winter thrown on my front porch. The store manager hung up on me!!!! What a farce I will never order from them again and if I could find the owner of that franchise I would give him an ear full. He has irresponsible employees that are going to ruin his business.

Waited over 1.5 hr for a pizza. Called 3 times. The last time the girl who answered the phone said the driver left 5 min ago. Mind you we live 9 min away. He didnt get there until 35 min later with stone cold food! Whoever answers the phone has an attitude from the beginning like im a bother. I understand saturdays are busy but do not lie to the customer !! I have been ordering from this location since we moved to lockport in 2018 at least once a week. Never again! Staff needs to be retrained. The only person who was helpful was maddison who i believe is a manager.
