My delivery driver got here exactly at 9pm as requested. I thanked him and mentioned how I missed the days when I delivered pizzas. He responded with a genuine statement of how much he loves his job. When you get the food you ordered it’s fine. The last time I ordered, they forgot my wings. I called and let them know, and they said they were going to put free wings on my account and put a pizza on there as well for the inconvenience.

Usually, I have no issues when I order from Domino’s. However, today my order needed to be corrected because I ordered a bread bowl with the items I ordered, but I didn’t receive a bread bowl but regular Chicken Alfredo pasta. So I called the restaurant and Lily was very polite and apologized for the misunderstanding. She sent out the delivery driver again, as soon as she could, to bring me an Alfredo pasta bread bowl. Not only was it prepared well with extra pasta and chicken, but she also provided coupons and awesome messages with my order (see attached picture).

I was in this strip for almost an hour, this wasn’t a quick stop between deliveries. I couldn’t just walk by this and not say anything. I figure that next time I come through, I’ll give the local PD a call and let them collect some revenue. The lot was completely empty. Yes, other disabled spots were available, but that’s rather beside the point. I’m not even sure how a Domino’s can stay in business in the Chicago suburbs; hopefully this helps draw some attention.

This Domino’s saved the day after there was an error with the app and I was charged twice. I needed the pizzas by a certain time for an event, which is why I like the app for the pizza tracker. But the app malfunctioned and not only charged me twice, but never sent a confirmation to my email or gave me an order number. There was also no way to tell where the order would have gone aside from saying what my “preferred store” was. So I call that location and they don’t have it and start calling all of the local Domino’s. None claim to have the order and I’m getting really worried about the time. When I called this location, I explained everything and that I really need these pizzas but don’t want to get charged again. Even though they weren’t our preferred store, Joe the Assistant Manager, was extremely nice and helpful and took my order without charging me again. He also threw in two bottles of soda for all the trouble and explained the charges are pending so the duplicate should fix itself (which it looks like it did when I checked my bank app again). They tried to deliver it as soon as possible and luckily it worked out well but all because of this location’s great customer service! Thank you so much!

I was here yesterday and about a week and a half ago. Both times I walked in to place an order for carry out and I turned around and walked right out. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was disgusting. There were fruit flies too I think?? And what I assume is a prep table was absolutely filthy. I wrote in a concern via the Domino’s website last night and this morning, I received a call from the store owner! He was so thankful that I wrote in my concern and that he will be at the store all week. After both experiences and talking to the owner, I hope to be back and give this store another try!
