I don’t normally leave reviews, except when service is really bad. In this case it was EXCELLENT. Karen was extremely friendly and professional. I asked several questions about their menu and she was just really patient and helpful. After that good experience, I can definitely recommend this particular domino’s to anyone in the area. The pizza was hot and on time as well.

Ordered online and yes I was late 15 minutes past closing time but tall guy with long nose working there instead of ignoring me at the pick up window at least should have curtesy and say it’s closed instead of staring in the ceiling or scratching your legs. Gross. Now I’m glad I didn’t pick up my order. Never again!

Order arrived more than 30 minutes later than the 50 minute window. In the meanwhile they disabled the delivery insurance feature since it kept saying the order hasn’t left the store. The error continued even after receiving the order 33 minutes later. No one picked the call at the store. The breadsticks received were smaller than what we usually get at another location. Would never recommend them to anyone. Already filed a complaint with Dominos customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order at 9:55. Said it’s would be ready at 10:21. Got there at 10:25 and they said they were closed even though they updated their hours of operation on Google one week ago. I need a refund now. Why take the order if you’re closed? Why charge my card? Update your hours. Horrible service. The person in the drive thru window was rude. You know that someone has paid for food, at least offer the refund. Never going here again and no one else should either.

If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order at 4:00 o’clock. Said it’s would be ready at 4:45. Got there at 5:40 and DELIVERED PERSON NOT even say one time sorry .Horrible service. The person driver was rude. Never going here again and no one else should either.

The pizza is fine but the person at the window was very rude on both occasions I was there. She’s tall, lanky, with glasses and light brown hair. I get that it’s busy and working in domino’s isn’t probably where she wants to be but she shouldn’t take it out on customers. I’m posting this the night of July 4th 2022. Any manager who sees this should address the issue. I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s had issues with her.
