I haven’t had any complaints on dominos in general, the food is always yummy. Last week the guy on the phone (at another location) convinced us to get these loaded tots and we had to go again. Simple food, great prices and coupons, and efficient like any other pizza place. 10-15 minute wait from ordering on the phone. Car side delivery is nice when you don’t want to go inside or bring the kids in just to pick up. Delivery drivers are always so kind.

I mean the pictures say it all… would you still box this up and send it off? They said i would have to come in and get a replacement next time i ordered and would not be able to give me my money back. I complained to corporate but they said its locally owned.

Pizza was decent. Cheese could have been distributed better around he pizza so we didn’t have so many slices that were bad. Pickup service was good at the counter the guy was nice and courteous for a Saturday night. I would recommend just maybe inform them about the Cheese. Locally we purchased three pizzas so we had enough even though we didn’t eat a few slices. Also make sure you use the app for deals.

I love Dominos however, the Orchard location in Oswego has become very disappointing. Last month I was unable to order online so I called during their open hours and they’re phone lines said they were closed. 3 weeks ago we ordered over the phone and the entire experience was ridiculous. I said delivery and she put it in for pick up, I told her I would pay with card and she hung up on me before taking my card number. I waited over an hour, called back and they said it was ready for pick up. Got it switched to delivery but I was given cold pizza. I ordered tonight and when the pizza came I had a smashed in pizza, cheese stuck to the top of the box and ripped the top of the pizza off, the Parmesan bread bites were swimming in oil (might as well have been bread bites soup), and the cheese marinara dip is burnt. I tried to call and their phone lines are not accepting calls. I called the number on the bottom of the receipt and the woman put me on hold to call the location and then hung up on me, the best part is she didn’t even ask me what location it was. I get things are tough right now and they might be short staffed but seriously, this is unacceptable and shows poorly on owners and management. DO ANY MANAGERS WORK OR IS IT FEND FOR YOURSELVES. Do they just decide to shut off the phones so they don’t have to actually work. I really wish 0 stars was an option.

I called in my pick-up order 50 minutes in advance. They somehow managed to lose my order not once but twice. I finally got my pizza 20 minutes late. The manager said he would credit my account that I paid with.

Not sure what these negative reviewers are talking about, because this place is great! We’ve ordered here at least 5-10 times. Orders are always correct, always timely, and the store is very clean. Considering the other pizza chains in the Oswego/Yorkville area this place is ages better.
