If I could give this place a zero I would. Complete incompetence. Why did we have to spend 30 minutes on the phone explaining our order and then another 10 minutes giving a credit card number. I mean pulling teeth is easier than ordering from here. I thought that was the worst part, but when the pizza got delivered I was completely shocked. They didn’t put cheese on 2 out of 3 pizzas we ordered! No offense to anyone but who gets pizza without the cheese. Absolutely ridiculous!

Never had problems before and this is the 1st problem I’ve had and also the 1st time getting delivery. Delivery was fast but pizza was made wrong I guess. Ordered hand tossed as usual, but its more like thin crust, also didn’t get extra sauce on the pizza .

This was the worst pizza I have ever had from dominos!! Brooklyn style is usually good. Tonight it had barely any toppings, burnt, and a one and a half inch crust with nothing on it. It was so thin you could barely pick it up.

I understand the wait on weekends, especially Friday nights. But hand tossed pizza now looks like New York style thin with not much cheese. I can’t believe what the thin crust will look like now. Agree that ingredients costs more but you shouldn’t skimp this much.

Too bad I cannot give 0 stars. The manager on duty tonight cost Domino’s a longtime customer. Prior to this always had good customer service. I gave details to regional manager who was receptive. As he said, “it’s just pizza.” And Domino’s is not the only show in town. I may update this review depending on how higher-ups handle it and what they do with this punk they call a manager. Meanwhile, pick another store in the area if you must get Domino’s.

First time I ordered from here, it took 3 hours to get one pizza less than 10 minutes away. Second time the driver came to the house, and then left without delivering. Was told he didn’t have my apartment number, even though I entered it, and I’ve had a pizza delivered here before. After receiving my food, found a hair in it.
