I owe you all a huge apology. My delivery app was giving me an error message after I ordered. I became frustrated and marched off to the store itself. I picked up my order after the driver, “Eric” met me at the store. This is not Eric’s fault in no way, shape, or form. It turns out that this app was using a phone number from many years ago. I hope the system is updated so this won’t happen again. Thank you Domino’s for your patience, time, and understanding. If any good came from this; I did get some much needed exercise walking from the Road Ranger truck stop to the Domino’s in Dixon, IL. Have a beautiful day.

The staff here was amazing! Was sent to pick up a pizza that was placed for the wrong day. They were super helpful and accommodating and got me a fresh pizza going and out of there and less then 15 minutes.

I called and ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it’d be 45 minutes, 93 minutes later still yet to receive my pizza or notification of any delay in delivery. I checked my front step and the pizza was delivered without knocking, calling, or being handed to me. There wasn’t any signature required and they never afforded me the opportunity to tip, which was strange. They left a cold pizza laying there, sitting to spoil in the sun. I went into the store asking for a manager and with zero apology or shock of the situation, the manager only asked if I wanted it remade or refunded and told me I’d see the refund in 24 hours with no further attempt to rectify the situation. Clear lack of care shows this will happen again.

The food itself is fine. However, the staff seems completely incompetent. Most of the time it took two people to figure out how to ring me out and half the time when I call in they are rude. The only reason I order from them is because honestly Dominos is my favorite pizza chain, I hope they at competent people in there soon.

Order tracker sat at “inspection” for 45 minutes before it arrived. When it finally arrived, it was colder than the outside air, rubbery, soaked in grease from the cooled off cheese and it looked like a child had cut the thing. Called to complain and the guy said “the driver returned 20 minutes ago so i don’t know what to tell you” meanwhile i’m literally watching the driver back out of my driveway. Threw the pizza straight in the garbage.
