Pizza was exactly as ordered and delivered fresh and hot so kudos to the line folks and the delivery person. Unfortunately, the online order process, though it seems well designed and thoughtfully organized, was nightmarish in that it crashed or hung or ??? at checkout over and over and over and over. Maybe it’s operator error on my part but it was incredibly frustrating and more than once I have given up on placing an order and opted for a happier order experience from another restaurant. This time I really wanted pizza, though! Lol

Pulled out of a blind spot didn’t see the driver I didn’t see him when I pulled out he wasn’t even close when I pulled out he just sped up to close then got tailgated close then he sped past then cut me off close almost causing an accident. Then called to complain it was the delivery driver who answered then he said my vehicle then hanged up on me so he knew what he did. So unprofessional not complaining to be a Karen complaining for the safety of other people.

I ordered online. It was ready and very hot after the drive there (maybe 14 minutes). Plenty of toppings. They actually put the extra sauce as ordered!

The brownies and tater tots were burnt. Plus the driver didn’t leave a receipt and when I called to complain the guy who answered the phone hung up on me. This isn’t great customer service. If I wanted to eat charcoal food, I just eat charcoal! I will never order their food again.

Strange, I pulled into EM store parked in the handicap parking an ordered my pizza gave make of my suv and color. Stated I was already here before the even started my order… then when time for it to be done a young man approach my handicap taped suv and told me not to park here any more to park in the pickup spot??????????????

At 9 PM I ordered food to take to work with me. Estimated time was a half hour. I arrived at 930 to pick up my food and the order screen says 1-5 minute wait with 2 people in front of me. No big deal right? As I’m waiting there are 2 cancelled orders. One order that is above me is told there was a mistake make on their order and would have to be remade. The other order above me is picked up. At 945 2 new names appear above mine on the order screen and mine still reads 1-5 minutes. I ask the girl working the register(not her fault). She tells me that my order hasn’t even been started yet. So I wasted 45 minutes of my time placing the order, driving there, and waiting for the supposed 1-5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes and no order to be had. I had to cancel and leave for work. So here I am at work Hangry(hungry and angry) with no way to get anything to eat. I 100% agree with the review from a month ago that said not the employees fault. Owner and franchise need to set realistic expectations. Completely unacceptable.

NO stars should be the rating but I can’t post unless I give at least 1 star. I paid overprice for delivery and tipped generously; the pie was so uncooked that it was unhealthy to eat-like a dough ball with cheese and toppings plus it was ultra greasy. When I called on speaker phone the clerk told me I was being disrespectful. I told him I would complain to corporate and his retort was to say, “go ahead and when they review the call they’ll see you’re yelling at me.” I told him I was on speaker phone and not to be so sensitive” He sarcastically told me “Okay, sir.” We should ALL be sick of corporate food taking advantage of us and our hard-earned money. AWFUL!
