WORST DOMINOS HANDS DOWN ! The customer service is horrible and they are so lazy ! I ordered food yesterday and went to pick it up checked in gave my confirmation number and all. After 10 minuets I go to ask how long it’ll be because everyone is standing around talking Etc the say another 15 minuets then goes back and pick up and order from the table whole time it’s my order and now it’s darn near cold but my kids are hungry and I’m not trying to cause a fuss so I brushed it off . Today I order again that was around 7:30/40 food should be ready by 8pm I go there sure enough the same thing happened that happened yesterday I ask them for my order to be remade fresh this time… it’s 9:19 as I am typing this and I am still waiting for my food. Do you think I was offered anything free ? a drink or for my meal to be free or anything ? NO They have zero care about their customers and horrible staffing THIS IS RIDICULOUS And Very Unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would

I’ve dealt with issues it the past with other management and staff no problem but Leslie is rude and unable to give decent customer service the level of disappointment that I experienced is unreal she lacks the easiest thing to do as a “MANAGER” And that’s problem solving skills you would think she would atleast try to assist if her customer was extremely inconvenienced but she literally could care less and the 1st shift staff was clearly trained by her

This was the last straw for me and my family . I pre-ordered on the phone for a catty out order . Was told 20 minutes and when my husband arrived 20+ minutes later he was told the order still wasn’t in the oven yet and that it would be at least 7 more minutes . My husband was on break from his job. He was very upset and all the employees were rude and offered to fight him and proceeded to threaten him . Our family will NEVER ever eat at Domino’s . Thats sincerely the last time ..

Stopped getting food from here for a long time but decided to give them a try a few months ago. The food was excellent. Had the same great experience the next time, too. Unfortunately, this last time was absolutely awful. The pizza was overcooked and only had cheese (on this extra cheese pizza) thrown onto the middle of the pizza and left the other 2/3 of the pizza without any toppings at all. The stuffed cheesy bread was just as bad with very little cheese in or on it, and it, too, was overcooked and even burned on the bottom. Then they forgot the salad so I had to go back for it. I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then they just walked away and didn’t get the salad. It took them 10 min to get me a cold, premade salad and then forgot the dressing. Total flop this time. It was obvious that there was one guy in there who was running around trying to teach everyone else how to do their job, while also trying to get the actual work done. Can’t blame him, but they may as well shut down for a day or two and train their staff properly instead of losing business by giving people horrible service. Of course, that’s just my lowly opinion.

Completely trash. I spent $24 on one pizza that was severely burnt and had no sauce on it . I redeemed my dominos point for a free pepperoni pizza that was very burnt as well. Took too long to get delivered. The driver gave me a sweet icing for two pizzas. I’ve been trying to call to complainfor over an hour and no one will answer.

I decided to treat for pizza after a long day of a friend helping me with a project. We ordered a specialty, pepperoni and a cheese pizza. OMG it was the best cheese pizza ever. They others were good to, but if you’re looking for a spectacular cheese pizza, this is the place. And there’s a drive thru to boot!
