Placed an order online last week that was quite big and was pretty late and the store manager called me personally and had told me that he only had one driver and delivery would take over an hour so he was calling to offer me an opportunity to get my order earlier by picking it up myself even though time had well since passed for carry out hours! He said he would make an exception and allow me to carry out instead of having to wait so long for my order! I thought that was pretty nice!! He was very polite and apologized for any inconvenience even though it actually wasn’t!!!! I’ll DEFINITELY continue business here as long as he’s still employed!!!

Tonight I made a cash order after 9pm not knowing that they don’t accept cash orders after dark waiting over a hour for my food call the store manager says they tried calling me but had the wrong number so after getting that straight I asked for fresh food since I waited over a hour for it. They send me the same food that had sat for over a hour said they made it once so if they had to remake my order then they would have to charge me for it so I got a soggy sandwich hard boneless chicken and a dry pizza see photos for proof. Manager totally rude I will never do business here again!

Waiting for delivery that said would be done in 45 minutes. One hour ago, received a text saying the order is completed and on its way. Call to find out where it is? Lady that answered was extremely rude. Finally arrived at my house over 2 hours later. Frustrating when this is the only place that delivers to my house.

We order pizza from this location from time to time. Other than the bums hanging around the parking lot asking for money, this location has historically done a great job with their food and customer service. The only complaint I have about our food last night was the Parmesan Bites. They were flat, cold, overcooked, and possibly quite old. The 7 pizzas we ordered were fine. They were cooked well and tasted great – but the store failed on the side dish. Failed miserably. Whoever is running the shift needs to do a better job of quality control – they need to check the quality of the food before the customer picks it up. We paid $165 for the pizza and 2 orders of Parmesan Bites, only received one order of Bites, and the order we did receive looked like they had been sitting out in the open air for 2 weeks. I will tell you that the store was BUSY and I only saw three employees – so kudos to them for working when a lot of people don’t want to get a job right now. BUT, do some quality check on your food please. That’s my only complaint.

Absolutely worst service ever after an hour of waiting we were told it would be another 40 minutes so we canceled our order and then within five minutes we were in the hotel lobby and the The delivery driver showed up with another order and told us if we wouldn’t cancel it would’ve been there. How are we supposed to know this? Sabrina lied to us and told us that she does not know where her drivers are at so it was not her fault. Worst service ever.
