Two gentlemen working during the night shift held their self very well. Very busy and was very respectful. My order was late and after them explaining the situation, I realized I was in the wrong. Hopefully the two gentlemen that worked overnight on 8/21 get recognized for being good employees.

Only one time I’ve ordered everything was fine. I hardly order here bc I almost already know my order will be wrong. I ordered 32 piece of their bread and when I opened the container it was flat pieces of bread. I instantly turned back to the store and when I showed the employee he said oohhh those are bad. 4/25/23 A girl with longish dark hair in her darker Grey altima I believe, is working & driving through your parking lot like crazy. I pulled in to pick up my pizza at the window and she was flying and I had to slam on my breaks for her to cus in her vehicle something towards me! Girl. If you can’t even take the driving part seriously, this isn’t the right job for you. LOL. Js.

Order a pizza here and the same situation happened twice. First time ordered a pizza in there app said they made it and was in quality check another 45 min went by so called up there they said my pizza was done the whole time and it was sitting out but said they could still deliver when a driver became available but the pizza was not even freshly made at that point and they wouldn’t remake it. Also both times when I had to call up there the employees were rude. I usually try to give the staff benefit of the doubt but it’s has happened more then once I will no longer be using dominos in Bethalto

The last four times we have ordered we have had issues 3 out of 4 times. Two times I had to walk to the neighbors house to pick up my order because the couldn’t figure our how to get to our house (directions along with signs were given at the time of ordering). Currently, I ordered a medium pizza going on 3…yes 3 hours ago. It’s been in “quality check” for an hour and a half. I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes on hold waiting for ANYONE to answer my call. You can’t leave a review until the order is delivered (which it currently says waiting on driver to pick up and 52-62 minutes. You can’t cancel the order because no one picking up the phone. I completely understand everyone is short on help—but pick up the phone!!!
