I don’t know what’s going on. Domino’s Brooklyn style ultimate pepperoni was a great pizza. The few times I have ordered it’s been almost unedible. I even get it baked well done but the pizza completely falls apart. If I can’t hold a piece of pizza with two hands there is a problem. Please figure this out dominoes I do really like this pizza when it was done right but now I’m to nervous to waste money ordering it because I just don’t know what I’m going to get.

It’s always something with this location. But last time we tried to call and report it we sat on hold. Got ahold at someone at the Maryville rd location quicker. They didn’t seem shocked. Tonight, I was given this. It was supposed to be one of their signature pizzas with ranch, chicken, bacon, and tomatoes. However, it’s more of a ranch soup in a pizza bread bowl. Already got my free pizza from their “insurance” but something needs to change at this location.

Don’t call this store. Service was terrible asked if they delivered to our address and was told no once we asked if anyone else around delivered to our area. Gentlemen who was assisting us decided he didn’t want to talk and abruptly hung up on us

Terrible customer service. Takes over 2 hours at least for anything and food always ends up cold and not edible. The employees aren’t competent and will put your delivery orders as carryout so they never come.

We placed an order at 7:07pm at 8:48 I was finally able to get ahold of the lady in the store. Our order $85 had not even been started yet. She claimed they only had 2 drivers. Either way no communication. The app should not have allowed us to order it lf they were going to be 2 hours or more.

Always something wrong it seems at this store. If you are able to pickup your pizza, Maryville rd. store is a safer option. THIS time it was raw cheese, uncooked crust and burnt cheesy bread.

Ordered a 30$ pizza. The center crust was raw and the top was burnt. Couldn’t even eat a slice. And it had a weird odor and covered with grease. Never ever ordering from dominos again. Disgusting. Then I called them and they said I would have to call back in a day …..are you kidding me. This was lunch for my family. Not acceptable!!! Now they said I would have to wait several hours.
