I didn’t used to delivery I went and picked my own up because I saved a lot of money and since only live about 10 blocks from the place it made sense. Made an online order for delivery around 7:30 on Friday night. It took a bit longer than the site estimated by about 45 mins, but the food i ordered (Brooklyn style red pepper pizza, pan style yellow pepper pizza with garlic sauce, and cheese bread side) was all absolutely perfect, and the driver was a real nice fellow! Worthy of the wait for sure!

Good pizza but HORRIBLE customer service! I waited 50 minutes for my delivery only to call and find out it would be an additional hour. With no heads up after leaving contact number and having hungry children this was unacceptable. The MANAGER offered no compensation and declined one when asked. Only a refund or further waiting. I am HUGE on customer service which is why I give them a 2 star.

placed an order at 6:30pm for pasta and a salad. It is now 9:51pm and I have not received my order yet. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant… They said they were on their way 35 minutes ago… There is no way to get a refund. No one answers the phone… I just want to cancel this order and get my money back. I will NEVER order from here again! UPDATE: arrived at 9:56pm. Over 3 hours late and undercooked! Store won’t update that it’s been delivered so that I can make my complaint on the actual site. And of course, no one is answering the phone. Do NOT order from here!

Order was placed at 10pm an hour passed by with the order stating it was still in prep phase. I attempted to call the store to check on the status and waiting for 20 minutes on hold to have no answer. A second attempt was made and was answered by a manager whom was very short and made zero effort to assist with a solution and stated “our delivery driver gets off at 11 so we won’t be delivering the order” when I informed the manager this order was placed an hour ago the phone went silent and nothing else was said so I canceled the order. Unfortunately this is has been a reoccurring issue and I’d like to offer a solution perhaps in the future inform the customer prior to closing time that it is very busy so they’re not waiting all night for an automatic cancelation when the store closes.

Had issues with them before but thought it’s been a LONG time! So ordered delivery. 1 pepp pizza and 1 ckn Alfredo. Est delivery time was 45 mins. After 45 mins the delivery tracker still didn’t show an update. Called to check on status and was told it would be another hour before they could deliver!! So now my kids are upset for their snack before bed and I’m not eating dinner!

Placed an online order around 7pm didn’t get my food till around 10 pm when I was already in bed. And they decided it would be a good idea to just leave it outside my door where cats got into it. As a dominos delivery driver myself this store is a joke and so are the workers there.
