I gave this place a try after searching for a quick dinner for my large family on a Friday night. There was a great deal-50% off pizzas ordered online-wow! I expected it to take longer due to our large order and it being Friday, but the app is very helpful and shows you updates so I arrived right as it was finished. I walked in and they were slammed and probably didn’t even look at me for a few minutes. I noticed my order there and was patient because these guys were really working hard!! After a few minutes a young man quickly came over to greet me and was polite and gave me my order. I just have to say to the owner and managers of this location that I hope these guys are getting paid well for their hard work and you are lucky to have them!! The pizza was good, hot and my kids were all happy with the variety of pizza we got. I was happy with the deal and easy of ordering and picking up! Thank you for making our dinner and providing great service!

Service can be very speedy, and other days, it can be much longer than estimated. Wish they could find more reliable driver help! Poor drivers seem to always be the only drivers for the evening. Managers should have to step up and help if they aren’t helping anywhere else. Also, the managers should be more caring and compassionate with older staff members. I’m very sure you wouldn’t like your parent to be treated the way some of them are treated at the O’Fallon, IL location.

Ordered a pizza tonight at 6:50pm, received a phone call at 7:34pm saying that the drivers were not being able to go out due to inclement weather and it would be about 45 minutes. I called at 9:03 pm and was told they only had 2 drivers and that there were 4 people ahead of me. I called again at 10:01pm and they young lady who answered the phone said ‘well I can’t tell you if you will get your order, there are people ahead of you’. So I canceled the order… 3 hours is ridiculous!!!!!!

I rate this after placing several orders at this location. Which i think everyone should. But all the times have been less than stellar. Customer service has fallen so low because of Karen’s and there unnecessary yelling. But I digress. The last order was the worst. Placed at 645p not ready till 850pm. Called at 710 told me 10 to 15 I waited longer(got distracted ) and it still wasn’t ready was told another 20 min. I went to the grocery store and that took me 20 min get back and another 5 min. Than I ask for receipt and he acted like it was an inconvenience. Just overall experience was garbage. Product was aight.

I want to Domino’s next to Tropical nail. Service was terrible. They had no napkins and no toilet paper to help. We sat down, they put out the pizza and didn’t say anything until I asked. They thought it was for delivery and wouldn’t reheat the pizza. Lousy experience!

Ordered a delivery order at 6:00 PM and waiting 5 hours and it never came. After calling many times no one picks up and I got to sleep only to wake up and find out that they delivered it at midnight. No refund or coupon.

If I could give this place no stars , I would. This place is a joke. We ordered pizza at 7PM, called the store at 830 because our tracker was not moving at all, the associate on the phone could not give us a reason why. Not even an attempt to make up for the terrible service. When the pizza arrived, it came shaken up (see below), and pizza slices everywhere. DO NOT EAT HERE.
