We placed an order online and we missing an item when I called to get them to deliver said item I was hung up on them I called again when they finally answer the lady on the phone talk to me for less then 30 seconds before putting me on hold again this happend 3 more times. My mom tried calling them while I was on hold they picked up listened to her for 15 seconds before hanging up then when they finally let me speak for more than 30 seconds they said they would redeliver the missing item. They never did.

The customer service is horrible, placed an order about a week or two ago money was taken off the card and the order never arrived. Tried contacting the store got hung up on five times got through the sixth time to be told to get a hold of the cooperate in the morning. I was told I would be contacted and get a refund for the money taken off the card. nothing still domino’s is a serious joke at this point and not a funny one.other times food has been cold or the order is of poor quality. App is glitchy and staff are unhelpful. manager cannot help with issues too and I’m at the point of taking legal action against dominos if the problem is not solved soon.

The only problem I’ve ever had with delivery is the cut on the pizza is a little off, get a small piece and a big one. Other than that great pizza every delivery driver always greets at the doors with a hello.

My coworkers and I have ordered twice recently from dominos because it’s the only thing open. The first time the food was cold and late. And the second time we ordered the food was burnt. I’m guessing the “quality check” isn’t a thing anymore. Myself and another work tried calling and both had waited on the phone until a worker picked up and hung up on us.

Was on hold for 30 mins on July 4th because there online ordering wasn’t working. When some one helped me they said it wasn’t working cause they were slammed then proceeded to hang up the phone with out taking are order. Very rude won’t order from here again.

Automated system is a joke! Put an order for delivery over the phone. Store got it for carryout. Never bothered to call the business I put the delivery address in for. Then when I call the mgr Stephanie she just kept saying I was wrong and I screwed it up. She refused to offer to fix it then hung up. She had previously told my staff they didn’t have an order at all. Call again and the second person states ” I’m not making 5 pizzas right now”, refuses to give me her name, and hangs up again. No customer service skills from either member of their staff. Take away: automated system a joke, don’t bother trying to talk to a real person because they are worse than talking to the automated system. We will take our business elsewhere.

I found a wood chip in my pasta. I tried calling FIVE times, three of the five calls they answered they hung up without saying ANYTHING. The other two calls left me on hold until the call ended. This is ridiculous dude…
